Go Pester Someone Else! - Casimir Goyle - 04-13-2014
“Why don’t you ask Cassander?” Casimir said with a sigh of exasperation as he shifted his bag from one shoulder to the other. He had come to the library to study in peace, but his annoying younger sister had somehow spotted him and started asking questions about some spells.
He glared at her as he waited for her to say something. He didn’t exactly dislike Trix, but she was on Cassander’s side, whereas Mir had always preferred Edmund. Which was enough to make things between them awkward at times. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 04-14-2014 Beatrix could not help but gasp when her brother seemed so angry about her asking him a simple question. Okay maybe not that simple, but it was the principle. He was her brother, should he not help her when she asked for it? "But Casimir, you are here and I do not have time to go search for Cassander." she said with a sigh, and a slight bit of begging eyes. "And in less than three months, Cassander and Edmund will graduate and I will only have you to ask things." she explained to further soften her brother. Casimir didn’t think that he was harsh on Beatrix. She was annoying and she liked Cassander. The two were boring and annoying and thought that he and Edmund were silly for liking Quidditch. She only came to him when she had need of him.
“Is it so serious that you can’t ask one of your friends?” Casimir said lazily. Beatrix was hardly shy, surely, she had some friends around the castle! RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 04-20-2014 Okay, gasping might have been a bit over the top, but Beatrix still felt a bit hurt that Casimir seemed so against helping her with a question. And it was not her fault that Cassander was the brother she got along with the best. "Casimir, you are older than us. If I cannot figure out, then I know you can - and I am not sure my friends can. Please." she asked and looked at him with almost begging eyes. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Casimir Goyle - 04-26-2014
“Fine” Mir replied with an exasperated tone. He didn’t want Beatrix writing to their parents complaining that he wasn’t helping her or something. Besides, he was a Hufflepuff. He gotta help people.
“What’s this so hard question, then?” RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 04-26-2014 For a short moment, Beatrix considered jumping up and down while clapping her hands because Casimir agreed to help her, but she quickly dropped the idea. Her mother would not approve and she still had to make her see that Beatrix was doing everything she possibly could to make her mother proud. "I have a problem in my positions assignment, and I cannot get any further. I feel like I am mising something and I have to finish it today." she said and found the said assignment among her papers. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Casimir Goyle - 05-05-2014
“You waited until today to get it done?” Mir commented. And then she judged him and Edmund! At least [i]he[i] didn't wait until the last moment to get his homework done!
“I now understand why you came to me and not your beloved Cassander,” Mir continued, with a half-teasing and half-serious tone. “What would the studious and responsible Cassander think?” RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 05-06-2014 Beatrix just looked annoyed at her brother. How could he believe that about her? She saw Cassander as a hero, of course she did not wait until the last day to do her homework. If she did that, then her works would not be so good, her grades would show that and her mother would only continue to not approve of anything she did. "I tried." she insisted and looked at him. "I began working on it when we got the assignment, but I have other homework as well, and I could not find the answer. I tried to find it on my own first, but now I really need help." she said, stubborn in her case and sure that she was doing the right thing. She just needed Casimir to help her get a bit further then she would surely get a good grade and make her parents and Cassander proud. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Casimir Goyle - 05-14-2014
“Oh, sure,” Mir commented. “I am sure that you tried for five minutes max and then you gave up and went to just read fashion magazines and giggle about hairstyles with your friends.”
Beatrix always talked about how smart she was, but she was the one needing others’ help! “Consider yourself lucky that I am not telling mother about this.” RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 05-16-2014 "Why are you always so mean to me? You know just as well as anyone else, that I work hard for my grades and to make mother proud." she said and looked at him with an annoyance in her eyes. Why was Casimir always so mean to her, and it was not like she did anything against him. She just preferred Cassender. "You would not. Please Casimir, I beg for you to not tell mother." she begged and looked at him hopeful. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Casimir Goyle - 05-26-2014
Mir didn’t think he was being mean to Beatrix. She was just overreacting. She always did.
“If I am so mean then perhaps you should seek help from someone else,” Mir said in a bit playful voice. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 05-26-2014 Beatrix did not even want to discuss with Casimir right now - because she feared that if she DID continue to discuss with him, then he might decide not to help her and she really needed his help. "Please, I ask you Casimir - I need your help." she asked and looked at him. RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Casimir Goyle - 06-17-2014
“Alright then,” Mir said. He tapped the empty chair next to him with his hand. “Let’s see what you so need me for.”
RE: Go Pester Someone Else! - Beatrix Goyle - 06-18-2014 Happy that he seemed to give in, Beatrix quickly sat down on the chair and placed her things on the table. "Thank you Casimir." she said quickly and began explaining what the problem was. |
