With a slight swish of his wand, Arthur cried, "Expelliarmus!" It was only a simple Disarming Spell, but simple was best, in Arthur's opinion.

Wilkie agreed that simple is better but, sadly, Mr. Harkiss wasn't succesful in disarming his opponent. Mr. MacFusty's spell hit him first, turning his legs into jelly.
"Mr. MacFusty takes the round."
Wilkie set the Hufflepuff to rights, waited for the boy to stand back on his feet and then bid him to start the second round.

Well, that was certainly an odd experience (and just a smidge embarrassing, if he was being honest), but Arthur didn't have time to linger on how weird it was to have lost control over the lower half of his body before it was his turn to cast again.
With a flick of his wand, Arthur hurled a Jelly-Brain Jinx MacFusty's way.
