Appearance: 5'6”, 175lbs. Solid build, but slim. Wears dark brown hair just above shoulder length. Nearly black eyes. Heavy brows, full lips. Cheek bones for days. Moustache. Wears practical clothes when working. Dresses as well as he can when not in the shop.

History:
10 January, 1847-Born on the road between London and Birmingham to Meloe and Henry Heron. Youngest of five children. Meloe dies in childbirth. Family continues to move around as needed. Everyone learns the coppersmithing trade. They do well, but are still refused permanent residence in any town under anti-gypsy legislation.

1858-- Naden receives his Hogwarts letter. Family is flabbergasted, but see a great potential opportunity.

1858-1865-- Naden attends Hogwarts. Excels in potions, becomes deeply interested in alchemy.

1865-1875-- Naden takes apprenticeship with Aleistar Cowl, Alchemist. He learns the fundamentals, and begins making his own strides forward.

1876-85-- Works as a traveling apothecary, working on his own potions and alchemical practice in his off hours. EDIT: While in the Scottish Highlands, Naden is attacked and left for dead by an unknown werewolf. Has successfully kept his infection a secret to this day.

1886-- Naden purchases a shop and apartment in Hogsmead's high street, establishing Heron's Precision Coppery in September of this year. The first of his family to own a brick and mortar shop in over two centuries. edit: Shop specializes in high-precision alchemical instruments, such as alembics, scales, etc., made from copper. Most used in potion creation, as well.

Sample Roleplay Post: It was an hour before moonrise when Naden reached the hidden cave deep in the Forbidden Forest. A simple glamour made the vine and moss cover more convincing than it would've been otherwise. He pushed through growth old and new into a narrow mouth. ”Lumos”, he whispered into the dark and his wand lit up, revealing a winding tunnel reaching far into the hillside. Around two nearly switchback turns, he reached his intended place.

At the center of a small gallery composed of cream coloured stalagmites was a circle scribed directly onto the limestone. At its center, a set of four heavy chains. Naden lit a small candle he'd brought in his pack, extinguished his wand, and set to work reestablishing the Duro charm and Cave Inimicum spell that strengthened the chains. He cast Engorgio on a pair of small bricks to close off the mouth of the gallery. Finally, he took a squat stone jar from his pack, extracted a greenish blue paste on two fingers, and stuck them down his throat, gagging around them as he applied the paste to the back of his throat. He attempted a scream, but made no sound. Satisfied, he stripped down, placed his clothes and gear in a small alcove at the back of the gallery, and locked himself legs, arms, and collar into the chains to await The Change.
