    History

    Early Life
— Just in time for the new year, Corina is born. She is her father's last legitimate child.
— Corina's first act of magic is to take revenge on one of her siblings who decided to laugh at her.
— Corina loses her father.
— Her mother remarries.
— At ten years old, Corina is robbed of her place as her mother's youngest and only daughter.
    Hogwarts Years
— Elsbeth is born. Corina takes a second sister as a personal offense. Finally old enough for Hogwarts, Corina dreads going for fear her absence will make her mother forget about her. She gets so terribly anxious about it to the point that she breaks out in a rash the night before leaving. Thankfully she wakes up rash free and leaves for Hogwarts as planned and is sorted into Gryffindor. She struggles for the first month or so with the drastic environment change.
—August is born.
— Another brother. Corina wishes her mother would stop having children.
— The OWLs. The approach of the biggest examinations of her life so far violently stress her out and she spends much of the exam season covered in hives. The addition of another brother doesn't excite her either. That summer she uses laudanum for that time of the month.
— With only a small handful of subjects and ones that Corina likes, her grades improve. Another sister is born.
— Siegfried is born and the NEWTs arrive, as do another outbreak of rashes. During the exam season, Corina takes laudanum for her womanly needs and finds it relaxes her so much that her rashes disappear. The original need for laudanum goes away but she decides to keep on taking it occasionally so she doesn't break out in hives again and generally feels more relaxed about her examinations. She relaxes a little too much and does terribly though she remains unaware of this until her results arrive. Corina meets her future husband at the Coming Out ball. Winter arrives and brings with it a proposal!
    After Hogwarts
— Her wedding day arrives and despite copious consumption of laudanum to steady her nerves, she awakens with a rash on her face and refuses to get married in such a state. The wedding is deferred for a month. Corina makes it down the aisle without rashes or incident the second time, thanks to laudanum. In October, her first child is born earlier than expected. A boy they name Ludwig. The whole experience of childbirth upsets her immensely and she wishes to never experience it again.
— Corina makes the acquaintance of an older woman who is a decidedly terrible influence. Through this woman, Corina is introduced to opium. Later in the year, it becomes clear she is with child again, this temporarily assuages Vincent's steadily growing displeasure for his wife's lifestyle.
— Caroline is born.
— Corina miscarries. By the end of the year Corina is with child again. Elsbeth turns out to be a squib, this amuses her.
— Gunther is born.
— Trina is born.
— After one of her evenings with her friend, they are discovered the next morning in the drawing room. Corina is paralytic and her friend is dead. She finds this dreadfully amusing until she sobers up a little, but then she was very upset so she got high again.
— Ludwig goes to Hogwarts. Corina spends the night of September 1st with a generous helping of opium and is extra morose until Christmas when he comes home. She suffers a particularly bad miscarriage and nearly dies, the absence of laudanum in this time doesn't help her condition in the slightest.
— Caroline goes to Hogwarts.
— With the muggles finding out about magic, the family relocate from London to the country residence in Surrey.
— After some stealing and forgery on Corina's part, her husband announces that he's returning to the London residence. Without her. He stays until Gunther goes to Hogwarts and then leaves.
— Trina goes to Hogwarts and Corina is left alone in the large country house.
— Ludwig graduates from Hogwarts
— Carrie graduates from Hogwarts.
— Corina avoids the plague, probably to the disappointment of her husband.
— Corina wandered off following a very vivid hallucination and got lost. She was taken in by a couple of muggles who thought they could get money out of her husband for her safe return but no ransom money was given and she became too expensive to keep so they gave up and released her.
    Presently
Corina is miserable most of the time and very unpredictable. When she isn't high she's asleep or wishing she was high.
