1878 — Hesper is born the first and only child to Mr. and Mrs. Gamp. She is spoiled from the start.
1882 — She becomes acquainted with Sirius Black.
1883 — Hesper climbs her first tree and falls out of it, breaking her arm. She becomes better friends with Sirius Black when they go on an adventure together and find gnomes.
1884 — Hesper's mother catches the Laughing Plague and dies, she is distraught. A few months later she meets Flora Mulciber who invites her to a tea party where she meets Lola Travers. She then realizes that there are people much better off in the world that she is.
1885 — She is orphaned when her father turns up dead early in the year. A miserable Hesper is sent off to live with a widowed (and childless) Great Aunt in the country. Her Great Aunt is plenty wealthy, but hasn't a clue what to do with a child and doesn't pay her much mind. Hesper is no longer coddled as she was by her parents.
1886 — Hesper starts attending the Flint Institute.

Hesper's Great Aunt is currently trying to have the immaturity squashed out of her.
