Choux paste. [Quarter pint of water, two eggs, two ounces each of flour and butter mix and heat]
Roll out the pastry to one-eight inch thickness, then cut into three and half diameter circles. Next, prepare the choux paste and then add in the sugar, crushed almonds, and essence and then mix. Place a teaspoonful of this mixture in the center of each circle. Wet the edges and then fold into a three-cornered shape. Bake a nice brown then dust with sugar; they can be eaten hot or cold.

Barnabas Skeeter: The Story of a Hero
The troll attack on the Padmore Park picnic of July 18th was a terrible tragedy. Hadn't it been for some heroic men and women, it'd have been an even bigger one. One of those heroes is Mr. Barnabas Skeeter.
Mr. Barnabas Skeeter
During the attack, Mr. Skeeter risked his life in order to save the lives of Miss Amelia Evans and Mrs. Ivy Scrivenshaft. His heroic deeds were not without a price. Mr. Skeeter lost his left leg from the knee joint down. We will not share the particularly gory details, but we can tell you that the healers struggled a lot to set him to rights.
His life will never be the same, but thanks to his heroism two young ladies got to keep theirs.
Mr. Skeeter is a modern hero. It is men like him that make this world a better place. Let us all take example from this extraordinary man. If you ask me, he should at least get his own chocolate frog card as a reward of his heroic deeds.

1. Mr. Skeeter’s birthday is June 27th which makes him a cancer—the most loyal and sensitive of all the zodiac signs! No wonder he risked his own life to save others!
2. His father, Mr. Maxwell Skeeter, was one of several candidates during the recent ministerial election, though he was forced to withdraw his candidacy after the death of his daughter-in-law, Mrs. Irina Skeeter, during childbirth.
3. Mr. Skeeter is an employee of the Improper Use of Magic Office and was reportedly sent on extremely important Ministry business to America, where he no doubt made an extremely favourable impression on the American Ministry.
4. During his time at Hogwarts, Mr. Skeeter was a Slytherin.
5. He was also a prefect during his final years.
6. Evidently size has nothing to do with heroism, as Mr. Skeeter is an unusually short man, standing only several inches taller than five feet.
7. Mr. Skeeter almost exclusively wears wizarding robes and looks terribly smart doing so!
8. His leg is evidently not the first limb Mr. Skeeter has lost in the line of duty; though they were ultimately reattached, Mr. Skeeter lost several fingers on one of his missions.
9. Mr. Skeeter, much to our confusion, is yet to wed! Perhaps he is waiting for the right young woman?

Mr. Skeeter, is reportedly acquainted with both Mrs. Scrivenshaft and Miss Evans, the two young women whose lives he saved in Padmore Park—the former of which has treated him several times for injuries sustained during the line of duty and they are believed to be quite friendly! He has been recently spotted with the latter, Miss Evans on several occasions; perhaps he has already found the right young woman?
