I'd say this was out of the blue, but you, the queen of letters should never be surprised by one's arrival. It does bring good news however, I'm expecting! Due at the end of June as best I can tell. I wish you could have been a fly on the wall when I told Lock, I think he's still in shock.
I hope you we can make time to visit soon, you still have to see the house! How's Mr. Cavanaugh? Give my best to your mum, hope to see you soon.

I had no doubts you made that sound aloud, I think I heard you from here actually. I'd say Lock's face was priceless, but it was blank and I literally couldn't tell if he thought it good news or bad news, I actually had to ask him. He woke up though and now I think he's finally let it sink in.
We've started working on the baby's room, it's a lot of fun actually, though Lock won't let me do much; I'm pretty sure he thinks I'm going to break if I lift anything. It's really sweet, but a little obnoxious; and it's only going to get worse. I think we're having a little Christmas gathering, you should try and stop by if you can!
