Soph feels like watching a show

... but she can't really decide what show.

From what I see around tumblr, the following seem interesting:

Misfits, Boardwalk Empire, Hannibal, Rome and maaaybe OUAT.

I've watched the first episode of Rome and I liked it but then I had exams and I sort of forgot to continue it xD But Primmy and Lucy and Ianto and Charlie are in it, so I'm thinking of continuing it.

EDIT: I also kinda want to give Doctor Who a try, but that has like half a billion seasons so yeah. xD If I don't have to have watched it since the very first episode ever to know what's going on, I'd love to watch it, though.

So I guess, if you have watched any of these, tell me why it's great and why should I watch it? xD Suggestions for other shows are welcome!

Pushing Daisies.

Two series', so you don't have to invest in a billion seasons and I can give you a good link to watch it, and you have Lee Pace being adorable and Kristin Chenoweth being the cutest thing in the entire world, gorgeous fashion, an interesting premise and quirky, wonderful characters. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I'm one of the few people who just couldn't get into Dr. Who, though the spinoff, Torchwood, was something I enjoyed immensely.

I'd recommend both Rome and OUAT, though I hear fantastic things about the other two. If you're not opposed to a bit more aggression in your programming (who am I kidding, you watch GOT xD), I'd also suggest Sons of Anarchy--I started it last week and am halfway through the second season. It's addicting as all get out, plus the main guy is pretty~ I didn't think I'd like it because motorcycle gangs are hardly my thing, but it's well written and the characters are fantastic.

Also, Buffy/Angel/Firefly/Dollhouse if you haven't yet!

The first season of Misfits is absolutely spectacular and only six episodes :D I didn't watch the others but they're not bad either

I wouldn't turn down Doctor Who so quickly, if you like science fiction, then its an awesome show. Yes there's quite a few seasons. But if you're going to start anywhere I'd start with 2005's season 2 where David Tennant takes over. Nothing against Chris Ecc but it really came into it's stride when Tennant took over. Also Smith's era would be a good place to start as well.

I agree with Buffy, and Angel. True Blood is a good vampire series as well, and OUAT is an awesome one too.
