Appearance:

At five feet, eight inches, George is shorter than his elder brother but of a sturdier build, thanks to a keen enjoyment of class-appropriate leisure sports. He has light hair and light eyes, not deviating from his siblings in that respect. He is right-handed.

History:

1858 | George Harold Crouch is born, a mere hour earlier than his twin brother.

1863 | November is born. He has little opinion on the child, dismissing her as a girl with a particularly stupid name.

1866 | Aldous leaves for Hogwarts and is sorted into Slytherin.

1869 | George and his twin brother join Aldous at Hogwarts, where George is sorted into Slytherin.

1871 | George enters his third year and picks up Arithmancy and Ancient Runes.

1873 | Aldous graduates from Hogwarts; he and their father set off on a year-long tour of Asia. George is somewhat smug to be appointed prefect.

1874 | Aldous returns from his time abroad. George and his twin begin their NEWT classes.

1875 | November joins her brothers at Hogwarts and is sorted into Ravenclaw. George is a little miffed not to be appointed Head Boy but not too distraught.

1876 | George and his brother leave Hogwarts. George joins the Department of Mysteries as an Unspeakable.

1877 | The Crouches, like many wizarding families, make the decision to move to Hogsmeade to escape the chaos that year. Tragedy strikes, however, when a freak accident when inspecting the structure of their intended home kills both Malachi and Alberta. Aldous takes responsibility for their sister, for which George is immensely grateful.

1878 | The Crouches make the move to Hogsmeade, moving into a different home than the one which they had planned upon.

1882 | November graduates from Hogwarts; she defies everybody’s expectations by enjoying a surprisingly uneventful season.

1883 | George is invited to join the Research Committee.

1884 | Working late at the Ministry at the time, George finds himself outside of the quarantine following the mass outbreak of plague. The house, he is told, burns to the ground, but his siblings escape relatively unharmed (save for an unfortunate splinching).
