I was sorry to hear of our recent attack.  In Japan, the werewolves bite is not so feared as it is here, perhaps because we have greater hills and expanses where wolves can be free from the constrictions of society.

Please know that you will always be welcome for tea in my home.

    Yours in Solidarity

    Miss Mountbatton,
Thank you for your kind words in your letter. I appreciate your invitation very much, but I am very happy to be home with my father right now and I don't know whether I will feel very up to social calls over the next few weeks.

    Sincerely,
    Miss T. Urquart

I understand entirely, just know that will always a friend in this house. I have enclosed a book that I read while in school, it seems oddly fitting in the circumstances. It is called 'The Way of the Kitsune', it is about a powerful witch who found herself transformed into a wolf, and used her power, and her pack to save all of Japan. I hope you enjoy it.

    Best Wishes,
    Natsuko Mountbatton

The book is very old, at least 100 years by the look of the paper and binding. The images inside the book move the way photographs or paintings do, and the words magically translate themselves to english as the pages are turned.
