"Emma," Emmeline called, hands on her hips and looking up at a tree where a cat was lounging quite happily, "You come down here right now." She was ignored only causing her to shake her head in exasperation. The cat had seemed to get quite rotten over the summer months and Emmeline was at her wits end with the beast.

Emmeline had been planning to get some school supplies when the cat had darted out of their home once she'd opened the door. She hadn't been able to stop her and found herself chasing the feline into the park where she promptly scaled a tree and plopped herself down on a branch too far from Emmeline's reach. She probably could have magiced the beast down but of course she hadn't grabbed her wand in all the rush. Now she was simply stuck yelling up at the cat hoping she'd eventually listen to her though it was looking to be quite doubtful.

Gabriel had been looking forward to meeting one of his greatest friends over the summer and knew little croakenspots was feeling similarly. He had brought the toad to the park to enjoy a nice sunny day and set up a small spot in the shade of a tree, that is until he heard a clawing sound coming from the back of it with a few... interesting noises that followed. Just as he had gotten up, the toad bolted onto a nearby branch and proceeded to continue jumping higher and higher until it had ventured to the other side.

Gabriel went to figure out where his pet had gone when he heard an all too familiar voice. "Well no wonder he scampered off so quickly!" The boy exclaimed as he ran over to Miss Woodcroft. "I can't believe we've run into each other like this, but I don't see it happening any other way!"
