    Mr. Dervish,

I find myself in residence in Hogsmeade for an extended period and I would like to rectify a few things while here. As you well know our dealings have been conducted primarily over parchment. If it is convenient to you I’d like to pay a visit to you and your illustrious store. If it is safe to assume your school supply rush is largely passed I will happily await your reply and welcome suggestions as to when we should meet. As ever, I am at your service.

    Regards,
    Jasper Kernaghan

    Mr. Kernaghan,

I am pleased to hear you find yourself on the continent once more. I pray you are in good health, and your business in fine shape. You are correct in your assumptions; my store, though thankfully frequented by its many shoppers, is past its pre-September frenzy. However productive our correspondence has been, it would please me very much if we were to meet in person, as well. Anytime during this week or the next will do fine, if your schedule allows. The sooner, the better, of course. I anticipate your much welcomed reply.

    — Sincerely,
    Edmund Dervish

    Mr. Dervish,

I am in fine health and spirits. It is very kind of you to inquire and I pray you can boast the same. I can be available as soon as Wednesday. If that does not suit I can stop by on Friday. If I do not hear from you I will assume Wednesday is agreeable and arrive around ten in the morning. I am very much looking forward to making your acquaintance in person.

    Regards,
    Jasper Kernaghan

    Mr. Kernaghan,

I am just as well, thank you for the query. My schedule is clear for Wednesday, the 12th, which is perfectly suitable. My manager will be on staff for the day allowing us to convene to my office to discuss further matters, after allowing you to see your merchandise upon my shelves in person. The morning is also agreeable. My week is flexible enough to gladly accommodate any changes. I look forward to your expected arrival.

    — Sincerely,
    Edmund Dervish
