    Say Hi to Connor

Last night Cady gave birth to a boy, who we named Connor Alastair. He's a big, strong lad and doing fine, but his mother is exhausted. Let's try not to overwhelm them.

    Dear Torquil, Cadence and Connor

I am happy and relieved to hear that both mother and son are well, I must admit I still get nervous when I know it is near the time of a birth in the family.

Cadence, I am terribly sorry for the worries I placed upon you, and I am happy that I have been proved wrong. I hope you can forgive me, eventually, though I can understand that it takes time.

I will not force myself upon you until you are all ready to see me, but I am looking forward to see my new great-grandson.

And Torquil, if you read the part above, understand that your wife is the victim of the case I am referring to, it is not her fault in any way.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Abigail MacFusty

Congratulations to the pair of you! It seems everyone is either getting married or having wee things now.
I can't wait to meet the young fellow, I bet he's quite the character already.
