Charming is a Victorian Era Harry Potter roleplay set primarily in the village of Hogsmeade, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the non-canon village of Irvingly. Characters of all classes, both magical and muggle — and even non-human! — are welcome.

How have you been? Things are not quite the same without you here. I must confess I am horrid at this, I'm not sure what to write but I do want you to know that I think of you as a dear friend. I worked with your sister Ruby earlier today, we have been assigned to be partners in Defense Against the Dark Arts for a project, our first meeting was in the Library and it reminded me of our first time working in the Library. It was strange seeing someone with your face that wasn't you though. Please keep me up to date on what you do, and I promise not to bore you too much with my Grandfather and my new chaperone. If you need anything do ask, and maybe I can come visit you sometime?

Ruby didn't tell me you were partnered together! She's very different from me but I think you'll like her once you get to know her. Sometimes she can be loud and rash but she's really the best.
You mustn't feel as though you're ever in danger of boring me when you write. Being stuck at home all year isn't at all like being here on summer holiday, with everyone else at home, too. There's nothing much to do and I don't have much to tell! Everything here is dreadfully boring! I do get lots of time to read, though, which is nice.
You can come visit me any time you like except for as long as you let me know beforehand so that I can make sure it's alright with Papa! I don't go to Hogsmeade much, and I'm not sure whether it would be allowed for me to see you on a weekend trip, but perhaps we could see each other over Christmas? I do miss you!
