I'm so pleased to be writing you. I hope you and your family are doing well. I'm writing to you to announce that as of yesterday morning Garrett and I are parents! Our beautiful daughter is named Katherine Annora (however we've already taken to calling her Nora), after Kate, may she rest in peace.
Though I'm still quite tired, I do hope you'll come and visit! I miss you and I could use some of your wonderful conversation whilst I'm kept to bed to recover.
