I write on behalf of my sister and her husband with respect to the house you had advertised to let early in September. If it is not currently occupied, they wish to submit an offer to buy it outrightùwhile I am aware that this is not specifically what was advertised, I did not suppose an inquiry would do harm. My sister, you see, desires to live closer to her two grown sons; while she, like they, are magical, her husband is a muggle (a lovely chap indeed!), and so residency in Hogsmeade is out of the question for them. With the Ministry not exactly forthcoming with land to those who did not participate in theirà adventure, this leaves my family with limited options. Please respond at earliest convenience; in terms of cost, they can be more than reasonable.

I am somewhat reluctant to part with the house, although I have not had the ease in renting it that I had hoped. That house is intended to help to support my children now that my husband has passed. Still, I do think that I may be tempted to sell for the right price. Mrs. Hermia Page

Mrs. Page,
While I am sorry to hear of your difficulties in letting it, I will not deny some pleasure at hearing you are willing to consider offers. The upkeep of your children is indeed important, and I would not think to slight you in that regard. Enclosed you will find my sister's offer. Mr. William Dudley

Your sister's offer is most generous. I find myself inclined to accept it, and have enclosed the deed and the key. I hope your sister and her family are most happy there. Mrs. Hermia Page

Mrs. Page,
I thank you for your cooperation in this matter, and do wish the best for yourself and for your children. Mr. William Dudley | ||||
