As I should very much hate for our presence to be a surprise, I thought it well to inform you that on the upcoming Hogsmeade trip - on the eighteenth - that Katariina and myself shall be home. My home, of course, and with permission from her parents.

I would most hate to be subjected to explaining to you the details on that day so I thought it prudent to give you something of a warning. Do be certain that you plan no luncheons on that weekend for I should be most put out to having to put on a show in my own home. Katariina and I would, after all, like some nice relaxation away from our studies.

Do see that I am granted this reprieve, dear sister, for you know how taxing the events of the past year have been on me.

Thank you for the forewarning as I would hate to be a burden on you and your friend on your weekend away from the school. I will make a point not to arrange for anything at your home while you are here as I would loathe to make you any more uncomfortable than you already have been this past year. Do keep in mind, however, that the sooner you marry the sooner you will have me out of your home.

I shall make arrangements to be at the park the afternoon of the eighteenth so that the children and I will not be in your way.
