    HOGWARTS STUDENTS SENT HOME EARLY

    BOARD OF GOVERNORS STAYING MUM?

After a surprise lockdown lasting from five thirty yesterday afternoon to four thirty AM this morning, Hogwarts students were sent to the Great Hall, served breakfast, and told by a Board of Governors representative that they were to be packed up and ready to leave school no later than seven o'clock!

At the time of this article's publication, the students have not yet left the school, and none of us have any idea what the Board of Governors is actually poking around for. Our sources in the school say that they were searching the locked-down area for something or someone - but no one knows what, and the Board of Governors is refusing to explain what's happening!

Seeing as classes and exams have both wrapped up, however, the Ministerial education departments have no stake in this early departure. Though our sources confirm that the Department of Magical Education is having a battle of wills with the Board and trying to find out what's going on, the Board of Governors is well within its rights to send students home early.

Apparently, the main objection of the students is the cancellation of the Hogwarts Coming Out Ball, and they're complaining very fervently about that one. So if there's any consolation in this sea of uncertainty, it's that no one was hurt!

You'll hear the news from us as soon as it's available.

An End For the Unicorn Business?

    The Harding's confederate caught

Hopefully, this is the happy ending of the recent unicorn business! Members of the Ministry managed to locate the three stolen unicorns and, with them, those who stole them.

The man in question is Mr. Finnian Blanchard. His house’s secluded location in Scotland was terribly convenient for his terrible deeds. The three stolen unicorns were found in his house’s storeroom. What was also found there was the bodies of two foals, as well as unicorn horns, tail

hairs, blood and even skins! “Some ladies would kill for gloves made out of unicorn skin,” was Mr. Blanchard commented, while he smiled.

Mr. Blanchard also confessed to having killed the unicorn found near Asphodel Cemetery earlier this month, as well as working with the Harding brothers. What is also important to note is that Mr. Blanchard did not seem to be alright in the head. While he will also go before a trial for his actions, it is very possible that he will be sent to the Ivana Memorial Asylum, rather than Azkaban.
