    A Poorly Spelled Inquiry

    Miss Secretary,

I saw the announcement in the paper today about permits for underaged magic and I have a queschon about it. The Prophet said a Reqwest for Eesement would be given without revue to the Blishwick School. Does that mean only the people who work at the Blishwick School, teaching the spells, or does that mean that if I got enrold in a course at the Blishwick School, I could get one? I read about that school and I thought it was pretty dumb but if I can get a magic permit from it I think maybe it might be worth going to.

    Very Sincerlee,
    Mr. Benji Lee

    Mr. Lee,

The new legislation allows an underage witch or wizard to obtain a permit without examination to graduates of a two year course at The Blishwick School of Domestic Magic. Employment at the aforementioned institution would enable a young person to make a request for Easement without review to underage employees.

I hope this has cleared up your confusion.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Miss Layton

    Miss Secretary,

I still dunt know what an Eesement is but two years is way to long to get one. But thank you for writing me back.

    Very Sincerly,
    Mr. Benji Lee
