"Are you always this forward?" He asked teasingly since it would be a very short thread if he just ignored her entirely. — Tobin Cartwright in Take A Peek
Did you know? Churchgoers and worshippers had to endure a foul stench during prayers due to the amount of bodies often stored within the vaults of churches and chapels.
How are things with Rosalind and the babes? I must apologize for my negligence in visiting. I cannot say I am so much excited to participate in future marital acts to produce offspring let alone birth them and then have to deal with the crying. Soundproof spells will certainly be necessary. Have you charmed your nursery? One must know these things prior to committing to an individual in my opinion. Mother is hardly a help and with you going through it so recently I feel it best to ask you.
Another thing: has Upton contacted you lately? He seems rather distant. I hope that's just business and not so much my doing! I would hate for my engagement to end up in shambles and then end up a spinster! I am probably being just oversensitive to the goings-on of men. Male advice might be pertinent to my cause. Affectionately,
The twins have remained in their nursery since the day of their birth, and we've done our best to keep out any contaminants. Rosalind is far less interested in our babes as I am, but I imagine it has something to do with her preexisting dislike of children. I've rarely been in the presence of infants since you and Anais were born, so it's still difficult to belief that I helped create these tiny humans.
I've rarely ventured outside the home since Rosalind recovered from her illness, but I have received a letter of congratulations from Mr. Nott since the children were born. He seemed distant in his letter to me as well; I imagine family issues are to blame. He used to sound the same when his parents would send him disheartening letters at Hogwarts! It's best to give him some space—he wouldn't abandon you for the world or I might have to kill him.

Since his wife and daughter's death on July 17, 1887, Mathias has not left the home and refuses to take visitors. Letters can be sent to him for contact, but there's no guaranteeing he'll write back. He's not eating or sleeping regularly and refuses to leave his son's presence most of the day.
How comforting your words are, brother. I still worry. It helps to know that your friend is also distant with you. Regardless, I wish enough that I could be planning a wedding instead of waiting to hear from my fiance. Was Rosalind ever this way with you when you two were engaged? No, don't tell me! I should not inquire so! But you should get out soon! Have you heard of the World Wizarding Market? Going out might suit you. Affectionately,
