    Girls and Their Tea
    #1

    Dear ____*,

A lot has happened since school ended. Some of us have lost those close to us. And I feel that it is time that we should get together and catch up. I would be grateful if you could come and visit with your sister(s)** and we could all have tea together, just us girls. I am inviting my two sisters to join us as well. It shall be on August third. I hope to see you soon.

    From,
    Miss Acacia Ruskin.

**Depending on who the letter is going to, because I think Maddie only has one sister?

    FYI: @'Crystal Ruskin'

(OOC- Also, if your character is to say yes to said character coming, can you please tag their sisters? This way players of sisters know and can decide if they want their characters to join.)

    Whitledge,
My sister is planning a tea party and is forcing me to participate. Please come and mock Acacia and everyone with me.

Crystal is half-vampire, your character is most certainly aware of this.

    Dear Ruskin,
I'm still in mourning so... I'd love to. Especially because Handsome will be very uncomfortable and I hate him. See you soon.

    From,
    Whitledge

    P.S. I'm inviting Cheesecake.

    Dear Miss Ruskin,
I thank you for the invitation. I am very sorry to report that I cannot attend the tea. It would be against my brother's and grandmother's expressed wishes and I do not wish to anger either of them.

I do hope, though, that I shall be able to see you again in the nearer future. We shall be moving to Hogsmeade next month and maybe the restrictions of mourning will be less troublesome once we're there. I should like you to see the petition signatures I've gathered thus far!
    Sincerely,
    Darling

@'Acacia Ruskin' we can always thread Sweetie trying to persuade Darling to come ;) #letsrebel

    Dear Miss Darling Whitledge,

I am sorry to hear that. I hope that they, and the rest of society, change their minds.

    From,
    Miss Acacia Ruskin.

    Dear Miss Ruskin,
I am sorry. My grandmother is a very staunch woman and believes that every societal expectation should be followed to a T and my brother seems to support this idea. I must confess that I find it irritating. It feels like it's all being done more for appearance than for care.

Mourning for my father felt easier than mourning for my mother. I think had we not all felt somewhat intruded upon, things might feel more… normal.
    Sincerely,
    Darling

    Dear Miss Darling Whitledge,

Well, you are still welcome to come if you change your mind. As you may know, I have recently also lost my brother, and I am sorry for your loss. In a way, I slightly understand it. If you ever want to talk, I am willing to listen.

    From,
    Miss Acacia Ruskin.

    Dear Acacia

I've been told that miss Sweetie Whitledge will be in attendance at your home on the same day. There were recent unpleasantness between that young lady and myself and for the sake of peace, and not offering an affront to your home I will have to decline your invitation.

    Dear Maddie,

Oh no! I'm sure it was just a miss understanding that we can patch up? After all, I can never imagine one who couldn't see you as an amazing person who is kind and polite. Or, Crystal is her friend, and I'm sure that my sister would much rather have tea with Sweetie alone, so perhaps they could have it inside and we could enjoy the lovely backyard, which was just fixed up last year, and is still quite nice. If none of that works, I still hope that we can spend time together soon.

    From,
    Acacia.
