[Severina Restell]

So I imagine muggleborn children with frequent bouts of accidental magic have like assigned "case workers" in the DMA&C so that they can sort of get a feel for the family and know how best to handle things. I think Rena had one assigned to her who would either avoid her parents or obliviate them after his visits, so Rena would talk about him as a kid and her parents thought she was talking about an imaginary friend. Why was her imaginary friend a grumpy middle aged man in a suit who only visited once a year or less? Well that was hardly the *strangest* thing about Rena, so...

I haven't checked the dates to see if this works but IN MY HEART her 'imaginary friend' was @'Brannon Fisk' and she called him Mister Grumpy.
