How against the Whitledges becoming "wealthy MC" would y'all be?
I don't really see a concrete purpose for them being UC. Sweetie was quite classist, even slightly to middle class. Part of her development was partially moving past that, which is still developing as part of her growth as a person and character.

/I don't go here but there was a huge amount of stratification even within a given class. The upper echelons of the middle class still often looked down upon the lower, mainly because the distinction was in their favour.
