"Are you always this forward?" He asked teasingly since it would be a very short thread if he just ignored her entirely. — Tobin Cartwright in Take A Peek
Did you know? Churchgoers and worshippers had to endure a foul stench during prayers due to the amount of bodies often stored within the vaults of churches and chapels.
Charles told me that he had to arrest you. He's very apologetic about it.
Assuming that this isn't an elaborate joke: how's Azkaban? I hope the dementors are leaving you alone. Tell your comrades that I say hello. If you're found guilty, I'm sure that we can try to break you out - rumor has it that I'm descended from French revolutionaries, so clearly breaking into prisons is in my blood, and Azkaban cannot possibly be worse than the Bastille anyways.
I’m surprised your letter even made it to me; it’s probably a testament to what a godforsaken place this is: even if we actually tried to escape, it would fail abysmally.
As I’ve told Charles, there are no hard feelings—though they might be a tad firmer than soft. Well, not as long as we get out of here sooner rather than later.
My brother cries regularly; I feel I cannot take it much longer.
Your brother has been crying? Are you sure that he's a Ministry interrogator and not an employee of the House Elf Relocation Office or something similarly soft?
Sending you my best wishes. Young girls have been taking to the papers in defense of yourself and that other Quidditch player; some other Quidditch player (for Ballycastle, of all things!) has spoken in attack, and now they are arguing once again.
Try to be freed soon. I want to hear the stories of your pre-prison adventures when you get out.
At least we’ve not been forgotten in this pit of misery. That’s some condolence.
And yes, crying. Frederick has always had a bit of a flare for the dramatic; it seems close proximity to dementors has increased it tenfold. For myself, I think they’ve made me rather more nonchalant than I am accustomed to, though I genuinely don’t care.
