Mr. O'Hare's spell was well cast and it'd be extremely useful in battle, but atmospheric charms were difficult and girls so often didn't get the credit they deserved.

Miss Sinclair's spell was once again very well-cast and pleasing to the eye. Mr. O'Hare, however, didn't have the success of the first round. Only the dummy's legs turned into those of a goat's. It'd be succesful if he was trying to recreate a satyr, but failed considering what he was attempting. He'd need to practice his animal transfigurations more!

"Miss Sinclair is our winner and will be proceeding to the finals."
