Appearance: Ginevra is 5,3, and built slender, it's been a big part of what makes her a good quidditch player.  Ginevra has long flame red hair, of which she is very proud and as such only wears colours and accessories which she feels best compliments it, so lots of greens and sky blues.  Her style tends to be very modern, whatever is the cutting edge of fashion is.  Ginny has the same bone structure as her father, normally that would be a bad thing except her father has exceptionally high cheekbones and a very fine bone structure, she does however have her mothers ear and nose. Her hair comes from her mothers side of the family, with her fathers side sporting blonde hair.  



History:
*Bertram and Eugenia Blackwood partook in an arranged marriage -loveless but friendly. 
*Bertram jnr. was born
*Bertram snrs father passed away, leaving Blackwood Brooms to his son
*Bertram snr continues to grow and expand the broom making business
*Ginevra Blackwood is born, and named after Eugenia Blackwoods mother
*Bertram displays magic for the first time. 
*Ginevra displays magic for the first time at 4, levitating her dolls around the room.  
*Bertram Blackwood goes to Hogwarts, he is sorted into Gryffindor
*Ginevra goes to Hogwarts and joins her brother in Gryffindor
*She wants to try out for the house team but her father insisted that she wait until her debut to play the sport competitively -she sulkily agreed.  
*Bertram was injured in an accident practising quidditch ahead of the house try outs putting his professional quidditch career to an end.   
*Bertram agrees to coach his little sister, despite their agreement with their parents
* Bertam completes his education at Hogwarts and he joins his father in the family business. 
*She debuted in a private coming out ceremony
*She received her NEWT scores and were decent
*Ginevra tried out for the Cudley Canons straight out of Hogwarts
*Her parents are not entirely pleased with her choice of profession, or that she chose a profession at all.  Her mother is a supporter of women's suffrage and believes women are mens equals but wishes her daughter was a little more subtle in her views.  She wants grandchildren and doesnt want Vera's outspoken nature to spoil her chances.  
*Ginevra lives with her brother in Hogsmeade, but they maintain a house in Chudley to facilitate training, and a home in London where their parents still reside.  



Personality: Vera is funny and vivacious, she is confident and outgoing, she always has been. ~She is a firecracker and always has been, she does not respect the limitation that society would put on her sex, and instead she sees most barriers as barriers of class or finance than of gender or blood.  She is an ardent feminist and supports women's suffrage, which isnt always a popular opinion.   

She cares very little for the opinion of others, she plays quidditch because she enjoys it, she knows that her inheritance is reasonably substantial and as such she has no need to curry the good favour of others, as she will never need to rely on a husband for her keep - as such any marriage she would enter into would be one of genuine love.  She knows the sort of people that she likes and it's not generally those in high society. She would rather spend her time with muggles borns of good character than  purebloods who think too highly of themselves.
