Charming is a Victorian Era Harry Potter roleplay set primarily in the village of Hogsmeade, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the non-canon village of Irvingly. Characters of all classes, both magical and muggle — and even non-human! — are welcome.

    Congratulations are in order, for it seems I have a son!

    Both Mrs. Prewett and the yet unnamed babe are in good health and good spirits. He arrived yesterday, and Mrs. Shacklebolt was kind enough to attend her so that I might be quite appropriately elsewhere. We shall welcome your company and well-wishes, though the former not for a few days, I should think.

    Given the hasty nature of our marriage, Mrs. Prewett and I feel it’s best to delay our son’s official birthday. To that end, if you might keep this jubilant news under wraps for the next fortnight, it would be very appreciated indeed.
