Appearance:

Howell has dark hair and blue eyes. He stands at 5 ft. 11 in. with a lanky build. Howell dresses in the typical manner of an upper class man and likes to appear fashionable. Howell is right handed.

History:

1857 - Howell is born to Howell and Eleri Merrick.

1864 - Howell shows his first signs of magic when he sends his toy brooms flying around his room.

1868 - Howell goes off to Hogwarts. He is a hatstall between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw with the Hat's ultimate decision being Ravenclaw.

1869 - In his second year, Howell opts to try out for the Quidditch team and gets a position as Chaser. He holds the position for the rest of his school career.

1870 - In his third year, Howell takes Divinition, Ghoul Studies and Muggle Studies because he figures that they will be easy.

1873 - At the end of his fifth year Howell takes his OWL exams where he does exceptionally well in subjects that actually interest him whilst barely passing those that don't.

After much contemplation, Howell decides not to pursue an occupation since he doesn't need to due to his familys financial standing.
1877 - The family is safe from the uprising that occurs and ultimately decides not to move to Hogsmeade.

1879 - Howell moves into Excalibur's.

1883 - Howell is one of those that get affected by the Amortentia laced tea. He ends up bedding a maid that works at Excalibur's which thankfully, no one discovers. It was rather enjoyable but the maid quit and he has no clue what has become of her. He only hopes that she didn't end up having his bastard or some shit because that would be alarming.

1884 - Howell's father is among those that die from the plague, the man likely having picked it up whilst visiting the carnival. Howell's wild behaviors are momentarily curbed as he mourns his father. He might as well have lost his mother as well as she mentally checks out following the death of her husband.

1886 - Howell's wild behaviors have slowly began to bubble up once more though he makes some effort to practice indescrition. He has never been in the papers so that's something!

1887 - Currently, Howell is focused on having as much fun as possible. On the more serious side of his life, he makes sure that his mother is comfortable in their home. It has been suggested that he put her in an asylum but he personally feels that he could never do that to her.
