Letter to my Sister

October 27, 1887

Dear February,

It feels like time has gone by so fast since my fifth year had begun. How are you? How are our sisters and parents? I miss you all dearly and it still feels odd to be the last one in our family to be at Hogwarts. I’ve been so used to your frequent company – even if I was placed in a different house- that it feels a bit lonely with all of you gone so I really appreciate that you write to me as often as you could.  Please forgive me, I too feel that I sound ridiculous for feeling slightly homesick when I’ve been apart from home for almost five years. I hope you’re enjoying all the balls especially with all the parties the minister candidates would be hosting. Do take care of your health.

How is August? Has he remembered anything? I would really like to know if I could write to him directly but I am afraid that I might startle him. I also don’t know what I would talk with him! I’m happy his safe and back but he seems to be a completely different person than the brother that we know.
