Miss Ollivander - Official Ministry Business

Dear Miss Ollivander,


As you are aware, the unfortunate and most untimely death of Miss Josephine Lovelace happened some months ago. The Ministry has done full investigation upon it and a will has since been uncovered. It appears that yourself and Miss Lovelace were dear friends. She has left you a plot of land in Irvingly that she gained rightfully by having gone on the Hogsmeade Trail. In her will, she states:

"I leave my Hogsmeade expansion land to Miss Violet Ollivander. It is to be turned into a park named Lovelace Park and I give her the ten galleons I earned as well to maintain the park. I trust Miss Ollivander to see it done."

Enclosed, you will find the deed of transfer of ownership sealed by the Ministry.
