Appearance:
Looming over most Chris stands at an impressive 6' 2". His frame has always been quite lanky looking due to his height and has never possessed the ability to pack on any kind of 'extra' weight-be it fat or muscle. Despite this fact Chris has always taken the time to eat as much as he can at any given meal for fear of he might start to look unnaturally skinny and sickly should he cut back on his food intake. He currently weighs in at 153lbs.

Christopher's rich dark brown hair matches almost perfectly with his eyes. He's never been one to fix it up properly on a regular basis unless there are plans to meet up with someone of importance. Because of this Chris is often seen sporting a finger combed version of bedhead.

Despite his lack of interest in basic hair-care, Chris has always been quite found of dressing nicely. For him it's something his mother was always so adamant about when he was younger and thusly he has tried his hardest to keep up with it as he grows older. The odds of finding Chris looking like he's slumming around are extremely low.

History:
Christopher was born last of two identical twin boys. Despite having only a few minute difference in their birth, Chris quickly found himself playing into the stereotype of being the younger brother. He was a momma's boy through and through. While his brother was off occupying himself with grander activities Christopher was at the heels of his mother as if he was her shadow.

For Chris the love of his mother wasn't just the sheer fact that she had birthed him and was raising him. She was the only person who could look him in the face and instantly know it was him despite the fact that he showed no physical differences from his brother. While having an identical twin had come with a few perks here and there it mostly infuriated Christopher. Not a soul could look him in the eye and greet him knowingly. Everyone had to question which twin he was and analyze his face as if it was going to reveal the secret.

The infatuation with his mother lead to her deciding to take on his pre-school teachings while Colten was to stick with the families governess. She was an extremely educated and exceptional witch herself so she saw no downfall to taking the task on herself. Chris' father wasn't so keen on the idea of his wife taking on the teachings of one of their children though as he was quite fond of the Dark Arts and wished to introduce it into his children's lives before going off to school could mold them into fine wizards.

While for the first year of his at-home teachings Chris was forced to endure the instructions of the families governess, the sudden long term absence of his father gave him the golden opportunity to begin study under his mothers lead. Her praise at how gifted he was fueled him in a competitive manner as he took it upon himself to study harder so he could outshine his brother. Chris felt the need to prove himself and display that he was the superior of the two twins.

By the age of nine Chris had become very knowledgeable in the ways of the magical world and found his mothers teachings to be the favorite part of his day. All teachings past this point were cut short though by the return his father who appeared to be very little of the man he had left as. The difference went past appearances though as his father was suddenly very short tempered and carried himself in a very paranoid demeanor. With the governess having been sent away early the boys were forced into their fathers teachings of the Dark Arts. While their mother did not approve she dare not say anything over their father.

The day before Christopher's tenth birthday his mother worked up the courage and confronted the twin's father about his teachings. Shouts and the shattering of household objects echoed through their extensive home as the pair argued with added in wand flicks here and there. The argument settled hours later and left much of the kitchen destroyed.

On his tenth birthday, Chris was sneaking around the house in the early morning hours unable to contain his excitement towards what he hoped was going to be another amazing birthday filled with gifts. Hearing movement in the room ahead of him however, Chris quickly concealed himself behind a thickly upholstered chair. Peaking around the corner of it, the source of the movement became apparent as he saw his mother walking slowly while gazing down at the destroyed objects that littered their kitchen floor. He was about to run up and great her when his father suddenly appeared in the room as well, gingerly watching his footing as he walked towards his wife. The second she turned, feeling his presence, the room was filled with a flash of green. As his mother fell at an odd angle, Chris watched as his father caught her and apparited them both out of the house in an instant.

Having become socially distant from the other upper class families in the area since their fathers return, no one noticed the sudden disappearance of Allison Jameston. Chris' father told him and Colten that their mother had abandoned them. He explained that she wasn't able to understand the greatness of the Dark Arts and instead of taking the time to embrace them she'd rather just leave her own two children. This story was later on revised when people did notice his mothers absence to a version that excluded any mentioned of the Dark Arts. While concerned, no one seemed to put to much extra thought into the odd means for Mrs. Jameston abrupt disappearance.

The whole event left Christopher changed forever. A shell of the former cheerful boy he once was he spent the days till his eleventh birthday filled with rage and resentment. Chris knew that his father was lying and despite this he couldn't get Colten to believe him when he explained what had really happened the day their mother had vanished. When the his Hogwarts letter finally arrived Chris felt happiness for the first time in a year. It was finally time to escape his father's blathering and begin his real education.

Year One: Sorted into Slytherin. Despite many ill feelings towards his brother Chris feels a little sad to see Colten sorted off into Gryffindor. He was truly alone now. Time is of the essence though and Christopher doesn't let this bother him much as he begins the wide range of classes. Becomes extremely immersed in his studies and shuts most people around him out. Going from being trapped in a house with his father to being surrounded by joy filled students does nothing for him. Chris finds himself irritated whenever he sees people casually going about their studies and receiving love filled letters from their mum.

Year Two: Just avoiding people suddenly evolves into added comments filled with condescension and rude remarks. The year is carried out fairly quietly aside from verbal spats with other students.

Year Three: Colten and Christopher begin talking on a regular basis again after spending the summer with their father and his new wife. Chris assumes the act is merely his brothers way of feeling sorry for him for having little to no friends. Despite thinking this Chris doesn't discourage the behavior. Takes Arithmancy and Care of Magical Creatures as his electives. Actually really enjoys the time with animals as his mother was quite fond of all creatures and spoke of many different species often.

Year Four: Chris decides that the only way he'll be able to accept his mother's death is if he returns the favor to his father. Tells no one of his homicidal thoughts regarding his father; not even Colten. Puts more effort forth towards any study regarding anything to do with the Dark Arts and begins spending more time in the Library to find out as much as possible on it as well.

Year Five: Excited for O.W.L.s because he wants to score higher then Colten on everything. Continues thinking about what to do with his father. Spends most of his time studying and plotting.

Personality:
With a default expression that usually reads as annoyed Christopher isn't exactly the most approachable person. Chris generally prefers the peace and quiet of being alone since he finds the general demeanor of most people irritating. Instead of seeing people as potential friends, most are seen for their potential gains; status, knowledge, a fling. This isn't to say he hates everyone, he just doesn't find many people that interesting is all.

Chris takes his schooling extremely seriously. When you don't have a ton of people wanting to hang out with you it gives you all the time in the world to become immersed in your studies. The general dislike of most of society and his murderous father have set his interest in the Dark Arts extremely high. Chris likes to justify his interest in the Dark Arts with the need for revenge against his father. He blinds himself to the fact that taking a darker path in the wizarding world will make him exactly like his father.

There is a lighter side to Christopher though. One that only the few he lets close ever get to see. While he might not be the cheeriest person you'll ever meet, he does enjoy a good laugh. A good laugh and some companionship are things that even Chris can't go forever without. He can be smug and a bit cocky but he'll garnish these comments with a lopsided smile to show a sense of joking.

On the other side of companionship; while Chris does enjoy a fling here and there, relationships have been something that have eluded him his whole life. Not just because he can come off as a bit of cold hearted sod but because he's never found the women from his flings to be particularly that interesting outside of some pleasure. He's found he has more of a soft spot for men when it comes to attraction but has never indulged himself past a longer then normal stare.

Sample Roleplay Post:
Christopher made his way down the corridor at a fairly brisker pace then he normally would carry himself around the school. He was suppose to be meeting up with Colten today. An experience that would be quite charming he could only imagine. Scoffing a little at the tone of the sarcasm in his own head, Chris rounded towards the staircase hoping that perhaps Colten had forgotten of their meeting. The second his foot hit the top step he glanced around, his eyes easily settling on Cole out of the array of students. Colten looked to have been walking just as fast-paced as Chris had the whole way there as he descended down the adjacent staircase.

Once down the long staircase Chris made a almost straight bee line towards Colten. Their eyes locked in the final moments of walking hurriedly towards each other. Anyone watching would have probably assumed the two boys were about to walk straight into each other but the second before their collision happened they both veered in a sharp 90 degree angle in the same direction. Having turned so close the boys shoulders were almost touching as they walked side by side down a new corridor.

"Colten." While being a firm greeting there was no denying the annoyance in Chris' voice. Cocking an eyebrow, Chris did a quick once over of his identical twin as they walked. "Remind me to find some of that horrible red to add to my wardrobe," Being in two separate houses at Hogwarts had become an easy jab over the years. "I have to say I look quite dashing in it." The mocking condescension rang clear as the corner of Chris' mouth perked up into his crooked smile.
