Appearance: Euan is 5'8" and, while not wiry, is certainly more thin than he is bulky. He has dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Usually there is a bit of scruff on his face. Euan has a naturally loud voice, is quick to smirk, and twirls his wand between his fingers when he's bored. He mostly wears neutral colors and simple clothes, although he does have an interesting collection of ties for work.
History: 1865: Euan is born to Angus and Eileen McLeod, a little over a year after his elder sister.
1868: Effie McLeod is born.
1869: Angus is eaten by a dragon, giving Euan a great icebreaker for all future awkward conversations. Later that year, Euan demonstrates magic, accidentally turning his hair green for a few hours.
1871: The McLeods go to Edinburgh. While the children do not realize it at first, it soon comes out that their mother is expecting a baby. After Euan's half-brother Seamus is born, they head back to the Hebrides.
1874: Another trip to Edinburgh occurs, and the McLeods return after the birth of Shona.
1875: Bhreagh goes to Hogwarts. Euan is a teensy bit jealous, but also enjoys the authority that being the eldest McLeod child grants him.
1876-1877: Euan is off to Hogwarts on scholarship! Like Bhreagh, he is sorted into Gryffindor. (To his joy. Euan had long since decided that Gryffindor was basically the best house ever.) He excels in Transfiguration - his wand is very nearly designed for it - and works at his other classes, finding schoolwork to be fairly intuitive even though he is not nearly dedicated enough to be a Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff.
1877-1878: Euan attends Hogwarts for his second year. In June, he selects CoMC and Ghoul Studies as his electives.
1879-1880: Bhreagh stops attending school and begins working for Mr. MacFusty. Effie comes to school and is sorted into Ravenclaw. Euan's fourth year is otherwise fairly uneventful.
1880: Aileen perishes in December. Euan misses her immensely, and cannot bring himself to return to school at the end of the holidays. Instead, he drops out and begins to work for Mr. MacFusty.
1882: Seamus goes to school. When Bhreagh hands in her notice to Mr. MacFusty and departs to work in a club, Euan joins her - although he begins to work for Merlin's rather than in Atlantis. He keeps in touch with his siblings, as well as his friends from the Hebrides.
1883: Euan celebrates New Year's in the Hebrides. He also keeps working at Merlin's and causing mild havoc.
Personality: Kind of a shit, but not necessarily intentionally. Friendly. Enjoys attentions. Appreciates chaos; always up for a fight or some flirting.
