Appearance: Cordelia has a sweet face to match her sweet nature and has long curly brown hair and brown eyes too. She was born left handed, but was taught to be right handed and can now use both hands. She is just a few inches above average height at 5 foot 4.

History:

1860 | Cordelia was born to Huxley and Perpetua Collins-Potter in the late Spring of 1860. She was her father’s second child (and second daughter after Isabella), but her mother’s fourth (after Gregory, Benjamin and Isabella).

1862 | Just shy of Cordelia’s second birthday, she received a second sister called Desdemona. Her father was not pleased.

1866 | Just after Cordy's fourth birthday, Cressida was born. Huxley decides that the four girls would only have two seasons before they have to work, so they are not a burden.

1864 | Gregory leaves school and starts work at the ministry.

1868 | Her first bout of magic was when she was 8 years old, she fixed a bird’s broken wing. It was at this moment her aspirations of becoming a healer began to take form. Benji leaves school and becomes a healer, which Cordy approves of heartily.

1869 | Nine years after Cordy's birth, Huxley and Perpetua finally have a son. He is named Florizel. In the September Bella goes to Hogwarts and is sorted into Gryffindor.

1871 | At eleven years old, she goes Hogwarts and is sorted into Hufflepuff, away from Bella. She is a good student at Hogwarts (despite being in Hufflepuff, as everyone said to her). Gregory and Benji move out, which saddens Cordy, but she is glad it happened the year she went to Hogwarts.

1873 | Dezzie joins her and Bella at Hogwarts she too is sorted into Gryffindor away from Cordy. After a while, it didn't bother her anymore as she still saw her sisters and she had plenty of friends in Hufflepuff anyway.

1876 | Bella leaves school and is quickly married to a Mr Benedict Quirrell. Cordy receives her grades for her OWLs and is pleased she can take the right NEWTs for being a healer.

1877 | Cordy begins her final year at Hogwarts. Cressi joins Cordy and Dezzie at Hogwarts and is sorted into Ravenclaw. Bella gives birth to a son they name Cornelius.

1878 | Cordy leaves Hogwarts. She does a half-hearted attempt at a season, before she is allowed to become a healer at the new Hogsmeade hospital.

1879 | Cordy begins her internship as an artefacts incident healer. She receives her second nephew from Bella and he is named Sebastian.

1880 | A year after starting, Cordy becomes a fully fledged healer. Dezzie leaves Hogwarts and Florizel joins. He is sorted into Gryffindor.

1881 | Very shortly after Cordy's twenty-first birthday, Benedict Quirrell dies, leaving Bella a widow. Before his death he was skeptical of Bella's faithfulness, so he leaves all of his money and his sons to his cousin. Bella moves back in with her parents and siblings.

1882 | Cordy receives a particular Mr Charles Porter as a new patient after a enchanted teapot attempts to bite his hand off. The two hit it off during his time in hospital and they continue to meet even after he is discharged. Cordelia well and truly in love.

1883 | Charlie proposes to her she very eagerly accepts. After discovering that Charlie was the man who took her nephews away from Bella several years previously she becomes conflicted, but remained engaged because she loves him. She still intends to marry him, but is heartbroken by her sister's despisal of her. She is under the impression that her family will eventually forgive her.

1884 | On the 9th April of this year, Charles and Cordelia finally wed. They currently expecting their first child.

Personality: Cordelia is a sweet and good natured girl. For the vast majority of her life she has been selfless, kind and a genuinely good person. She is friendly, cares not for class or blood status and always enjoyed a sense of popularity (in the sense that she was well liked), though she is quite quiet (but not too much so). Being a healer, Cordy is intelligent for sure, but is by no means a genius. She is very well read. Cordy is a hardworking young woman (she has to be, being a healer) and is very dedicated to the work that she loves. After discovering that Charlie was the man who took Sebastian and Cornelius away, she had a brief moment of selfishness when she decided to remain engaged, she is currently learning the lesson that sometimes she has to put herself first - but is still amazingly selfless (in all other aspects, that is).
