Appearance: Eleanor is not a particularly tall woman, standing at 5’ exactly. While in her youth she was a bit of a slim Jim, now she is a bit sturdier - but is by no means chubby. Her wand hand is her right hand. She has blondish hair and blue eyes.

History:

1837 | Eleanor is the second child and first daughter born to Roger and Megan Dean. While still technically lower class, the Deans do have some money to them, with Roger being a healer. Eleanor has an elder brother named Calvin.

1842 | Calvin goes to Hogwarts.

1844 | The Deans have their third and final child. She is another daughter and named Karen.

1848 | Eleanor goes to Hogwarts and is sorted into Gryffindor.

1851 | In this year, Eleanor meets a boy by the name of Jack O’Neill in the year above, who she thinks is terribly handsome.

1853 | The July brings Eleanor her OWL results. She intends to leave but her father pressures her to stay on.

1854 | Eleanor drops out of Hogwarts and elopes with Jack.

1864 | Karen marries and the match is rather advantageous, with the husband being truly middle class, as opposed to the Dean’s very much almost.

1865 | After giving up on children long ago, Eleanor and Jack are finally blessed with a child. It is a little girl and Eleanor names her Ivy, for Ivy is such a pretty name and nowhere near common. From the start, Eleanor has high hopes for her daughter.

1876 | Ivy goes to Hogwarts and Eleanor finds that she has a very similar attitude towards her daughter that her father had towards her.

1883 | Ivy finishes Hogwarts and becomes a healer, much to Eleanor’s delight.

1884 | Ivy begins courting and becomes engaged to an upper class man. Eleanor could not be more delighted with the match.

Personality: Eleanor has always fancied herself posher than she is. Not quite to the point of putting on airs and graces and getting above herself, but she has always thought herself better than the type of lower class person that lived in slums. She takes great pride in her parents, as well as her husband, having more money than other lower class people. She can be snobby, but would never not be friends with anyone who was poorer than her. She would just think she’s better than them. This is all why she’s super happy about Ivy’s upcoming marriage.

While all this is true, Eleanor is not actually a bitch. She is a nice woman and is very polite, she’s just highly competitive and wants the best for her and her family. And while that is true she wouldn’t go around stabbing all of her friends in the back to do so.
