Appearance:

Carlisle has sandy blond curls that are far more unruly than he would like in the Indian humidity. He has round, bright blue eyes with angular, romanesque features. He stands at 5’ 7” tall with a slender build. He follows the English fashion trends as closely as distance and weather allow, and never wears wizarding clothing if he can help it. He is right handed.

History:

1868 | Carlisle is born to his father, a high-ranking official in the Indian Ministry of Magic, and his mother in India. Being a firstborn son, he is doted on incessantly by his parents.

1870-1879 | Claudia is born in 1870, and Carlisle is unimpressed. The rest of his childhood passes without incident, and neither he nor his sister want for anything, though their parents are largely disinterested in their upbringing. They are taught Hindi, though Carlisle sees little reason for it, as all of his friends are wealthy and British like him.

1879-1883 | Carlisle is invited to Mandira. He takes his classes in English and mostly continues to surround himself with his British peers. His knowledge of Hindi allows him to socialize with some of the wealthier Indian children, though he strongly prefers to keep to his own and believes strongly that British rule is the best thing for the country blah blah blah White Man’s Burden filthy peasants.

1884 | Carlisle is informed that he is selected as a Mandira Champion for the PMG. He is thrilled, in no small part because he gets to visit Britian (aka civilization) for the first time. His family remains in India, and though he would never admit it, he is disappointed at their disinterest.
