PIGS FLY OVER HOGSMEADE
ECCENTRIC TESTS CUSHIONING CHARM; IS ARRESTED FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE |
Yesterday morning one Mr. Constable Pennyworth decided to test out a "strengthened" cushioning charm by launching pigs from the roof of his house via a self-made catapult. The two pigs he launched both landed (though unharmed; it appears that Mr. Pennyworth's cushioning charm did work to some extent, although magical theorists are disputing that he may have just used a charm such as wingardium leviosa) in destructive manners; one smashed through the front window of the Hog's Head, and the other landed on the roof of the Owl Emporium. _____________________________________________________________ |
Since Mr. Constable Pennyworth painted "pig courtesy of Constable Pennyworth" on the side of both pigs, it as not exactly difficult for Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes employees to locate and take him into custody. According to our sources, Mr. Pennyworth has an extended history of being a bit of a nuisance. The damage to both shops was magically repaired within the hour. AUTHOR: KIERAN ABERNATHY |
