    FOUL PLAY?

    UPTON HEIR DECEASED

    The only living male heir of Mr. Thaddeus Upton died last night at the tragically young age of just twenty-seven!

    During a dinner party hosted in honor of his birthday, the young man was reported to have suddenly clutched at his throat for a few moments before landing his face in his bowl of soup. Not a terribly dignified death, one might say.

    It is suspected the cause of death is some form of poisoning and all guests and house staff are being thoroughly interrogated until the mystery is solved. The young heir is survived by his father and three younger sisters, the eldest of which stands to inherit now that her brother is no longer.

    We hope that the culprit is apprehended soon so the family may grieve in peace.
