Are improvements to the slums worth the effort? |
To the Editor: While one can't help but admire the Ministry's desire to aid the less fortunate members of our society, one has to question if their charity isn't too little too late. I think that, perhaps, we must accept that things have gone beyond the point of repair. It's unfortunate, of course, but things have been allowed to go on as they have for too long. _____________________________________________________________ |
The best option, I believe is to simply rid Hogsmeade of its Slums entirely. If its citizenry as a whole cannot be trusted to remain peaceful and orderly, then they've hardly earned better treatment. Then perhaps that area of Hogsmeade can instead be used for something more beneficial to the civilized residents. AUTHOR: Anonymous |
