Even the most angelic of babies can be hard to deal with when teething! Teething Potion
Easing the pain of teething is a subject surrounded by many old wives’ tales and family traditions, however common consensus agrees this potion to be one of the most effective remedies around!

    ½ flask of feverfew water
    3 crushed sprigs of chamomile
    ¼ flask of gin
1 garlic clove, crushed with the flat of a knife
    6 fairy wings

Add the feverfew water, chamomile and gin to a medium cauldron and bring to the boil, stirring anti-clockwise four times ever ten minutes.
Allow to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, before taking off the heat.
Add the garlic clove slowly, stirring in well till pale blue in colour.
The fairy wings should be added one at a time till the potion becomes colourless.
Leave to stand till fully cool.
Add three drops to every feed for prolonged pain and swelling relief. For immediate use, rub a drop into the affected gums.

    Pancake Day
As we're sure our readers are already aware, Hogsmeade's League of Women hosted a pancake day on the village's high street. The event took place on March 1st, and was an effort to raise funds for the Pennyworth project.

    Pancake Day

Pancakes were served in the afternoon in Woodcroft Plaza and was--in our opinion--a rather tasty way to start off fundraising efforts. There were several tables set up to accommodate attendants enjoying the festivities.

There are several more fundraising events to come this month. Regardless of one's opinion of the Pennyworth project, there will at least be quite interesting events to look forward to. Regardless of the outcome, there will at least be much to keep an eye on!

Witch Weekly claims no responsibility for the results of our quizzes. Letters from Our Readers!
    Dear Witch Weekly,

I don't often like to complain, but I think that in the case I must! I took your publication's quiz--"What Job Will Your Future Husban Have"--last week, and must say that I am disturbed by the results! I am already married, but I thought it would be amusing to take the quiz regardless, but instead of getting a Ministry worker--which my husband is--my result said I should have married a quidditch player instead! My marriage might be in jeopardy now all because of a quiz you so carelessly published!

    Sincerely,
    Marital Heartache
