LOST LETTERS?
OWLS FAIL TO UNLOAD BURDEN ![]() |
![]() Just as children throughout Britain sat down to breakfast with their letters from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry a little more than a week ago, youngsters who had eagerly been awaiting their invitations were soundly disappointed when no such owl arrived to them. The school itself became aware of this issue only when a barrage of letters arrived to the headmaster himself, and the investigation remains ongoing. _____________________________________________________________ |
“As of right now the Board of Governors is not sure what caused the disruption in the mailing of first year letters, but an investigation is under way,” said Headmaster Phineas Black. “If there is any concern or doubt about a student's position at Hogwarts, they are encouraged to contact me directly for cross-referencing of the book of entrants for the year.” The Board of Governors would like to gently remind parents that it is still possible that their child is a squib, but only contacting the school directly can confirm this one way or the other.
