@The Jubilee Street Festival

There had been no way that X was going to miss the Jubilee Street Festival. His sister was around somewhere with her dimwit of a husband, he was sure. There was no way she was going to miss something like this when she was able to partake in it. He did wonder if his mother might be along. He had informed her about it but it was up to the old crone about whether or not she wanted to come here.

There were all sorts of things happening though Xavier was mildly suspicious of the carnival games. He stopped by a stall and perused the things there. Purchasing a masquerade mask that he liked the look of - it was quite elegant! - he continued on his way down the street. This seemed to be shaping up to be the biggest street festival Diagon Alley had ever known!

Nearing some of the acrobats, X found himself in the midst of a crowd. Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later considering the popularity of the event! Less expected was getting his foot trod on. "Quite packed, isn't it?" He chuckled to show he held no ill will for the incident.

How, with so many siblings, it was possible for Xena to have become separated from them all, she was quite at a loss. It was so packed moving was proving hard, yet somehow she couldn’t spot even one familiar face above the crowd.

She stood back down from tiptoes and realised too late that her heel had caught a man’s foot. “Oh, I am sorry!” Xena exclaimed, shuffling forward so as to release it. “It certainly is- it seems most of the town is here, and more besides.”
