Appearance:

• Myles is a boy of average height a weight. He has a light complexion, light brown hair and blue eyes. He likes modest and comfortable clothes and is naturally ambidextrous, though he uses his right hand unless he is working on something that needs the use of both of his hands.

History:

• January 17, 1869} Myles is born seven days after his father's birthday.
  1870-1875 (ages 1-6)} Despite being the only son and the youngest child Myles never felt that he received enough attention from his parents. His mother is an ettiquette instructor, so she spent more times with the girls, Ismene and Cassandra than Myles. He grew closer to his father and learnt how to play Quidditch and while he was a rather good player, Myles never felt that he was made to play Quidditch. He is more interested in the way broomsticks are made, than their use once they are made.
  
  1876-1879 (ages 7-10)} Myles decides that he wants to become an inventor after he read a book on that topic. He likes making things with his hands and is particularly creative and resourceful. He is more talented at making things, rather than learning about the theory behind them. He shows his first sign of magic at the age of eight, which is rather late.
  
  1880-1881 (First Year)} Myles was always rather excited to go to Hogwarts. He bought his wand from Ollivander's well-known shop. He also decided that he wanted to learn how to make wands and Mr Ollivander explained him about wandlore and the art of making wands, and that if he was hard-working and talented enough he could take him as a student after he graduated. Myles took this as a joke, because he doubted that Mr Ollivander would want to train with some unknown child, but it also made him more interested on that topic. He almost became a hatshall because the sorting hat was unsure whether to send him in Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. While Myles knew that he could easily fit in Ravenclaw, he had heard many stories about the brave Gryffindors, so the sorting hat decided to send him to the house of red and gold. It was easy for him to adapt there, and he made a lot of friends and few enemies, though he could never really get along with the blood purists of his house. His mother was a muggleborn so he was always rather open-minded when blood purity was concerned. He decided to befriend the 'mudblood' of the class, Castor Allaway because he was sure that this was what his parents would want him to do. Academically, Myles was a good student, maybe one of the best of his class due to his hard-working personality. He preferred classes that required him to do something rather than read the theory behind it. His favourite classes were Charms and Potions, the first because he found it extremely useful for his every day life and the latter because he liked that it didn't only require him to right essays.
  
  1881-1882 (Second year)} After the ban which was placed on the female Quidditch players, Myles strongly considered to try out for Gryffindor's Quidditch Team. He knew that he could make a good player, but he was also sure that joining the team would mean to sacrifice his free time between classes and homework. Myles was always quick with his homework, but he also enjoyed reading various books in his free time (mostly about wandlore, not that he would actually understand what they were about) so he decided against it. He tried hard to maintain his good grades at all of his classes. In the end of his second year he picked Muggle Studies and Arithmancy as his elective classes for the next year.
