Appearance: While Vivien may be a relatively attractive woman to some, years of hard work have taken their toll on her. Her small and slender frame actually has a bit more muscle than one would probably except of a lady though probably isn't too far fetched for the young woman. She took a small amount of time off after giving birth only to head straight into work on her seventeenth birthday. She worked at the same factory her parent's had worked at all their lives and soon came to realize why their hands were so worn and rough. It didn't take long for her own to build rough callouses, or for her whole body to begin aching all over. Its only gotten worse over the five year span she worked in the factory but she wouldn't have quit even if they'd asked her to.

Her hair is kept relatively long and is a basic dark brown in hue. It is rarely seen styled into any over the top, elegant designs as she is the one that typically styles her own hair. Without the time or money to afford irons for curling, it remains straight most of the time though she rarely leaves it down, or at least, during times that others would see. More often than not, it is twisted into basic braids then coiled into a knot at the nape of her neck or pulled into a simple yet respectable chignon. Her eyes are perhaps her one feature that stands out. They are a light, crystal blue and seem to stand out rather well against perhaps too tanned skin and her dark hair.

Her nose may be a little broad but plump lips tend to draw most of the focus from her nose. Though with hard work and not quite enough food all the time, her face is rather thin. It may give her a more chiseled sort of look to her features but it really borders on the gaunt side from time to time. And while the rest of her body follows suit on the thin side, there's still a good deal of muscle built up. As well as callouses and surely a myriad of bruises and scars from all the hard work. She's still managed to maintain some semblance of curves however, surely having given birth at such a young age was to thank. And while she may not be the most endowed of women, she still has a decent sized bosom and wide hips that help with the appearance of a plump rear end.

Over the years of taking care of her daughter, she's figured out how to use her left hand relatively well with her want but is pretty predominately right handed when it comes to most anything. Her clothing is far from the most fashionable and most often has been repaired numerous times by her own hand. She rarely buys herself new dresses or fabric and instead saves that extra bit of money to purchase clothing for her quickly growing daughter though she still rarely gets a new dress even then.

History:

1861; Born
1872; Started at Hogwarts. Sorted into Gryffindor
1876; Parents can no longer afford to send her to school. Doesn't qualify for scholarships. Drops out and moves to London. Finds a job as a wash maid in a upper class household.
1877; Takes a position within in the Nott household and begins working as a housemaid at their estate outside of London. In September after some pursuit from Mr. Upton Nott, Vivien caves to the charming and attractive man. Her virginity is lost. By November, she begins to worry she may be pregnant but dismisses it as her cycles have never been too normal. In December, she realizes she is indeed pregnant. She disappears in the middle of the night with what few belongings she had and heads back to Manchester to her parents home.
1878; Gives birth to a little girl. Names her Serenity Blake. Celebrates 17th birthday by starting work at the factory her mother works at. Begins working opposite shifts so that Serenity is always watched over.
1880; Starts teaching Serenity to always call her Auntie Viv in public.
1883; Decides it is time to start up her own life with her daughter and seeks out the newly settled town of Irvingly. Takes up residence in the Linnet Boarding House and finds a job as a waitress at Chance L'Amour.
1884; Her father falls ill in the beginning of the year, surely thanks to the previous winter. Vivien packs her things and returns to Manchester with Serenity to help her mother tend her father. They leave before the plague and fire, luckily enough and remain throughout the remainder of the year.
1885; Thanks to another cold winter, Taylor doesn't survive long passed the new year. Vivien remains in Manchester just long enough to help her mother get her things in order then the three Blake women move back to Hogsmeade. A small dwelling is obtained within the slums then Vivien and Valerie begin searching for work.
