Appearance: With long, brown hair that sits past her shoulders, Alyssa stands at 5'5" weighing approximately 9 stone. She sees the world through dark brown eyes and, although her sight isn't a perfect 20/20, she doesn't wear glasses. She always holds her wand in her right hand.

Alyssa can often be found in typical clothing as suits her profession. A front-closing corset for easy removal, low-cutting for showing the warres and loose skirts for eay lifting. In her profession it doesn't do to take forever to remove the hindrances. She does, however, have one set of best clothing. The corset closes properly, and comes to the neck though the sleeves are short, betraying her profession. The skirts in that dress are full and tiresome but at least it passes. She also has some clothes inbetween the two extremes for her regular clientele that she meets in rooms, rather than on the streets. In total, Alyssa probably own 5-6 dresses.

History: Alyssa was 11 when she received her Hogwarts letter. As an only child her family held high hopes for her. However, after a year at the school Alyssa found the pressue too much. Older Syltherin boys had been tormenting her, bringing her down and blaming their troubles onto her. They demanded payment for giving her these problems - as if they were something to be treasured so she never had any money and hardly any food. Other people in her classes ignored her, not wanting to bring attention to themself and, not long before christmas of her second year, she was expelled for too much mayhem and mishap. So it was the the young 12 year old found herself cast back to her family home in disgrace.

Put to work as a messenger her body began its physical changes around 14 and a year later she started catching the eye of older, richer men bored of their wives back home. This was her introduction to the world of prostitution. Convinced that she could get herself out of this death hole she submitted to her life willingly, saving as much money as possible to try and - someday - impersonate the life of a middle-class woman well enough to catch herself a husband (if not an upper man!)

Now, she is nowhere near fulfilling her dreams. Her money, that she had worked so hard to get, had been spent moving herself and her mother to Hogsmeade after her father's death. On the brightside, at least he was no longer around to sell her to people.

Personality: Alyssa doesn't do very well at standing up for herself. Although she has wizarding knowledge, it's only basic, so when someone takes advantage of her she cannot fight back against them. She wishes that someone could school her. She is, however, good at saving. It was her money that bought her and her mother a house here. She loves flowers, though no one ever brings her any, and often wishes that she could have her own personal garden. She hates the smell of mens cologne having smelt too much in too many different kinds. She also hates being restrained or having anything too tight around her neck. It brings back bad memories.
