Appearance:

William stands at an above average height of five feet, ten inches and has a muscular build. He has dark hair and blue eyes. He is right handed. Will dresses in clothing that suits his class without being ostentatious.

History:

1852: William James Woolfe is born the first son and child of Reginald and Yolanda Woolfe.
1855: Carmen, a sister, is born.
1857: Byron, a brother, is born.
1858: Will displays his first signs of magic by causing a small fire.
1860: Olivia, another sister, is born.
1864: Quentin proves to be the last son and child of the Woolfe family. The same year William gets his Hogwarts letter and starts at Hogwarts in the fall. He is sorted into Ravenclaw.
1872: William graduates and begins working for the Department of Education in the Ministry.
1877: William is promoted to Assistant Head of the department.
1879: William meets Queen Maeve Rekindled Huxley and soon asks to court her which he is granted.
1880: William proposes and Queen accepts. They are wed on the seventh day of June. Later in the year, Williams father dies which leaves William the new Woolfe family patriarch.
1881: Queen is pregnant with their first child which pleases William. He is also promoted to Head of his Department.
1882: On February 22, a girl child is born and named Princess Peacock.
1883: Queenie is pregnant once more and delivers a heir in October 7 of 1883. He is named King Kismet.
1884: The year where everything that could go wrong - did. A once more pregnant Queenie makes William promise to vote for her younger brother (who was only a seventh year at the time) in the ministerial election. He ends up reneging on this promise as he does not feel right casting his vote on one so young! Underestimating his wifes wrath, he buys a mere necklace to sooth over the fact he broke his promise.Queenie does not accept.

Eventually, shit happens and Queenie ends up with her own property which she then moves into. The pair have been estranged ever since.
1885: In February, William makes the decision to leave his post at the Ministry to have more time to devote to personal ventures. He also decides that his wife has had enough time to herself and he is intent on getting her back home.
