Charming is a Victorian Era Harry Potter roleplay set primarily in the village of Hogsmeade, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the non-canon village of Irvingly. Characters of all classes, both magical and muggle — and even non-human! — are welcome.

    Construction on Slums to Begin!

    The Ministry of Magic has announced that the planned developments to the slums of Hogsmeade are set to begin as early as Monday!

    Officials have assured that residents of the area should not experience any excess noise, as muffling charms will be laid _____________________________________________________________

    upon each site. The project is expected to take between four and six weeks to complete.

    Many members of the magical community have expressed a desire to help with the project. Those interested in offering time or resources may contact Miss Dorcas Dumpf in the Public Information Services to have their inquiries appropriately directed.
