this is a MONTHLY GROUPER, and as such is open to as many people as possible! This is directed towards UC or MC, but anyone is welcome!

Living on the edge of Bartonburg and Wellingtonshire, Reggie had noticed the differences between the neighborhood—at least, those beyond the size and styles of the houses. Children roamed the streets in Bartonburg, playing under the watchful eyes of their governesses; on the other hand, the streets and Wellingtonshire were basically bare during the day, the occasional carriage bringing the only noise.

The summer, however, had brought even more noise to the streets, the teenagers at Hogwarts seemingly making it known that they were home. There was loud voices and clattering as groups of teen boys made their way down the side of the streets, and there was an occasional group of girls surrounded by their chaperons.

What he didn't expect, though, was a loud crash!

He hurried out the front door immediately after a loud boom filled the air and his eye widened upon exiting. What was that? Was it ... a meteor rock? The rock, which appeared about two feet long, had buried itself in the bricks below it, smoke flying into the air. He looked around at the other residents who seemed to be just as dumbfounded as him!

"Is everyone alright?" he called suddenly, not knowing how to react.

Phaidra attempted to avoid the ruckus that was caused by the children after the school year ended, but failed to see the purpose after a while. Luckily for her, her day began early and ended late, allowing her safe passage through to and from the Ministry with little interruption.

It wasn't until she heard a noise that sounded quite peculiar that she emerged from her house, only to spot a rather impressive crowd gathered around something that was smoking. Out of pure interest, Phaidra rushed over to the scene to observe the situation for herself, seeing a rather large boulder embedded within the brick upon arrival.

After a few glances to the other onlookers, she barely heard the voice of a concerned gentleman asking if everyone had been alright. With a slight pause, she answered "Yes, but... did someone cause this to happen? Why here?"
