Accidental Home Invasions

[Ezra Vablatsky]

The raging snowstorm put something of a damper on his travel plans.

It had been a simple enough house call to check on a former patient, but now as he looked at the whiteout conditions out of doors, Ezra Vablatsky knew it would be unsafe to try to apparate home to Birmingham. Fortunately, his patient resided upon the floo network, and graciously offered his hearth for the healer’s use.

Unfortunately, the room that Ezra arrived in was most certainly not his study, and the woman upon which he had intruded appeared as if she had not expected a strange man to floo into her bedchamber.

Flushing furiously and eyes widening in horror, Ezra scurried backwards against the fireplace, setting the hem of his robes to smoulder in the process.

Let me know where we’re located and I’ll move it accordingly! Open to a magical human female older than school-aged and any sister or spouse she might share a room with!

[Eva Sleptova]

The blizzard had put the entire Sleptov family in what felt like house arrest. Because of it, Eva's plans for the New Year had been ruined! She'd spent the hours leading to the precious midnight with her family, after which she'd apparate to London to meet Freddie and Betsy, where the three of them (along with their chaperones, of course) would attend a party. (Hosted by a wizard, she'd assured her father)

However, her father had deemed it unsafe for her to travel. Eva was very displeased with the whole predicament. So displeased, that she'd not left her bedroom since the night before. She'd not eaten breakfast or lunch, blaming it on a 'terrible headache'. She'd not even left the room when she'd been invited for an afternoon of card games at the parlour.

She'd taken a bath and at present she was taking care of her body hair. Dressed in only a chemise, she was sat in front of the fire, her legs exposed as some magical depilatory wax was doing its job. She was in no condition to be seen. And especially by a stranger!

She scrambled for her wand but grabbed a cold piece of wax instead, which she pointed at the burglar as if it was a wand. "Do not move! My father is an auror, and if you try to harm me I'll scream and he'll come here and turn your flesh into sausage filling with his bare hands!"
