The costume adorning Professor Lawrence's tall figure was alarming to say the least, and it did ascertain him a certain level of attention. Levictus had not worn it for attention seeking reasons, but merely as it was the only thing he felt happy to dress up as, most other costumes seemed absolutely ridiculous.

He had made sure that his costume, although skirted, covered his legs with leather trousers under the skirted metal, worried he would be inappropriate in a crowd of children and women. The armour glittered gold in the lighting, his ticket firmly in his pocket. Levi had decided to bite back his pride and come alone, feathered helmet bobbing about over his head, a bit heavy, but incredibly worth it.

Levi looked around warily, hoping to see a student he could force to enjoy the festival with him. Being alone really sucked and he wasn't sure he was ready to get back in contact with friends he hadn't seen for so many years, so looking around above the heads of the crowd, as he was so much taller than everyone, he wanted to see if he could spot any of his students, well any of his students that he liked.

He would make friends. After all, he was dressed as the greatest Greek Warrior there ever was. Achilles.

Why had he let Colten talk him into this? Chris couldn't help but be annoyed as the pair walked towards the festival together. Festivals weren't exactly the kind of outing Chris enjoyed, but after much pestering from Cole it seemed the only way to silence his ever going pleas. He wasn't even sure why it seemed so important he come along at all. It wasn't like Cole was at any lack of friends. Was this another one of Coles attempts to 'aid' him because he felt sorry about his own brothers anti-social behaviors?

Sighing as they walked, Chris looked over at his brother to get a good look at what he currently looked like. Identical twins sporting the same costume made for a very childish outcome in his opinion but it wasn't like he'd planned on wearing anything at all. Greek warriors. They even had skirts on that went to about their knees. At least he knew he looked semi-decent in a skirt now. Which Chris wasn't sure if that was the kind of knowledge he wanted to be wasting his memory on.

After purchasing their tickets and making their way in it was only a few seconds before Chris crossed his arms like an upset child and glared at his brother. "Now what? The whole lot of this looks boring." Chris rolled his eyes and glared around at the other idiots that had chosen to dress up for the event. A pair of drunken looking monks made him feel slightly less ridiculous but really it had been a close call. Cole had been jabbering about a wooden horse for part of the morning till Chris had put his foot down.

As Chris continued to gaze around at people he noticed a pair of people waving over at him and Cole. Seeing as how Cole excused himself and dashed over to talk to them Chris assumed it must be some of his dimwitted Gryffindor friends. Irritably, Chris continued to people watch until his eyes found their way to an outfit similar to his own. It appeared to be the handsome new Care of Magical Creatures professor whose hand he'd refused to shake on their first new class of the schoolyear. "Great" Chris mumbled to himself and glanced away only to have his eyes go back to the professor. As he examined the professors costume, Chris found himself a bit sad at the lack of bare legs that he himself had opted to go for. Feeling more perverted the more he stared it, Chris randomly started darting his eyes through the crowd as he stood in place left behind by his brother who was distracted by his own endeavors. Some joyous festival this was turning out to be.

Levictus had been about to go grab himself something to eat from one of the stalls when he spotted two identical boys. He was at first alarmed, having not realised there were ever two of them. Levi blinked a few times, still standing where he was before spotting one of them run off. It wasn't until the full glower of the lone twin fully surfaced that Levi had no doubt that this was his twin. Well, not his, merely his student.

Levictus let a soft smile, leaning more into a smirk, settle on his pouty features as he noticed the nature of the costume the Slytherin had chosen to wear. Levi couldn't help but allow his eyes to wander over the boy's frame, taking in the curve of his shoulders, the broadness of them and the length of his, evidently, too naked legs. Levictus wondered, with a slightly tilt of his head, if Mr Jameston was going to grow much taller, he'd hazard a guess at yes. It looked as if the boy was going to outgrow even him.

Levictus adjusted the six-pack-shaped chest and torso plate of the armour and looked around himself. There was food to his right or there was Mr Jameston to his left. It was proving a hard decision to make, but if he was right, and judging by the look on Chris' face, the sixth-year was all on his own, and that meant that naturally they had to spend the festival together. It didn't hurt that the boy was pleasant to look at. At that thought Levi shifted on his legs, feeling a tad peculiar for having the thought.

With that thought in mind, Levi made his way slowly over to the student, hoping that there would be no intervention to cause Levi to have to change his mind and walk away for want of not embarrassing himself.

Luck happened to be on his side.

"Ah! Mr Jameston! I see we have arrived in both similar and good taste!" Levictus smiled, holding out his hand again for the boy to shake. Now, if he didn't shake it, well, that would say everything he'd ever need to know about the boy and CoMC would be living hell for him, simply from rudeness. "Are you here on your own?

Tapping his foot impatiently as his brother seemed to have forgotten about him all together, Chris' glare intensified only to be blinked away in surprise as he was suddenly being spoken to. He couldn't believe it. It was his professor. "Uh, yes." Chris took Professor Lawrences hand this time, if not only out of surprise but also because he remembered how much it had bothered the professor the first time he hadn't. "Achilles right?" Chris asked as he now had an appropriate reason to be inspecting the professors costume.

With the glittering gold it had to be Achilles. Or perhaps his Care of Magical Creatures prof really just had a thing for flair. It seemed doubtful though but either way it had Chris' mind vilely distracted. It was one thing to see the man afar but now up close Chris was feeling a bit like a feverish girl. Doing a quick full once over, Chris couldn't help but smirk mildly. He actually had to look up to have an eye contact conversation with the professor. It was something he couldn't even begin to imagine the last time he'd had to do it.

"I came with my brother." Chris gestured a nod in the direction that Cole was now standing at with a group of more of his friends. "Appears he's found his right place with some Gryffindor dogs though." The words were a bit sour and Chris glared off at his twin. Why had he been brought here if Cole was going to be so easily distracted? Glancing back over at the professor Chris couldn't help but realize he wasn't really one to talk about getting distracted. "For future reference if you ever see me acting a complete nutter its more then likely him." Chris smiled a bit, hoping he wasn't make a complete arse out of himself from foul mouthing his brother a tad.

Seeing motion from the corner of his eye, Chris looked back over to see Cole waving him over. It required no thought really as Chris shook his head with a no and gestured back at Cole to just go on with his twat friends. Why would he even fathom wasting his time with them when Chris had his very own Achilles was right there talking to him? The vague crushing had him internally rolling his eyes over thoughts of himself as Patroclus. "Did you come alone?" Chris questioned now noticing that Professor Lawrence didn't have a group of people waving at him from anywhere around the festival.

"If only I could honestly say I was Achilles..." Levictus trailed off dreamily and smiled to the student he was staring down at. "But yes, you have guessed correctly. By your costume, I see you're a Greek. It's just as well or I'd have to gut you from navel to neck-I'm sorry! I have no idea where that came from!" Levictus frowned, looking away, wondering briefly why it was important that Mr Jameston was a Greek and not some other Ancient warrior. Levictus was much happier with how Mr Jameston was acting now, and believed that it was possibly a bad first meeting the two had had. Or rather, that was what Levictus had wanted to believe.

"Just keeping an eye on the students...I came alone. Not made any friends of my own yet to have come with," Levictus admitted, scratching the back of his head, an awkward thing to admit, but a true one nevertheless "I have a brother myself at the school. Fifth year, Montague Lawrence. Slytherin, of course. We haven't spoken in years, so there is no judgement on my behalf on whatever relationship you have with yours..." Levictus hoped that this did not come across as judgemental, because truth be told, it was nice that he even spoke to his brother.

"I must admit, I was a bit alarmed at seeing you both, I thought, for a brief moment, that I was seeing double. And I haven't even started on the spiced wine yet!"
Levictus laughed softly, a trickling sound that was both warm and hearty but cut with the edge of a sharp truth. He looked to the boy, or rather, young man and made a decision. "Well since you've sent your brother away, and I'm alone, how about you and I go around this fair together? See what we can make of it? Although, first, I think we need to get some alcoholic beverages into our system!" Levictus proceeded to look around for the beer or wine with an excitement most associated with dogs.

Christopher stared a bit wide eyed and concerned as his professor pondered over the idea of gutting him from his stomach to his neck. As he apologized, Chris wondered just how much the professor had been drinking in the time he'd been there at the festival. From the sounds of it he was perhaps a bit boozed up and to into his costume. Nevertheless, Chris was starting to become quite glad Cole had chosen Greeks and perhaps not something that might have upset the possibly violent drunk.

As the conversation continued and all went back to normal, Chris decided to brush off the gutting comment. Besides it wasn't like he could walk away if he wanted to at all. His eyes were far to consumed in facial features at the moment. "Friends aren't all the great anyway." Chris commented on Professor Lawrences admission to having no friends. As the topic shifted to brothers Chris felt almost bad for being so horrible with names and faces. It was a good thing the Lawrences didn't get along or Christopher would have been embarrassed by his lack of having no idea who the professor was talking about.

"Yeah people always seem quite caught off guard by the identical thing." Chris snorted out a small laugh at how it always did seem to entertain people to some extent. "I guess the freakishly tall bit doesn't really help us either." Frowning his brow a bit, Chris tried to imagine him and his brother from the view of the average person. He'd probably be quite alarmed too now that he really visualized having to look up at two towering copies of one another.

The visual quickly vanished though at the offering of going around the fair together. All the feverish girl feelings were back now. He really needed to learn how to contain his over appreciation for a pretty chiseled jawline. "Might as well." Chris warmly smiled up at the man far more cheerful then he ever normally would. Suddenly realizing he was acting completely mad staring up at another man like that, Chris quickly shifted his eyes away and did his best to contain any possible blushing. "Yes! I could really go for a drink." The words flew out of Chris' mouth the second the suggestion of alcohol was brought up. Liquor could give him an excuse for acting a bit odd since at the moment he really had no other idea why he was falling so out of line from his normal stance around others.

Looking around as well, Chris noticed what appeared to be a stand selling an assortment of different liquor. "Looks like there's a booth down there a bit." Chris nodded in the direction and turned on his heel to begin the walk to it.

Levictus couldn't help but admire those pale, naked legs as they wandered off away from the amused professor. Something about this boy was growing on him. One was that Mr Jameston was so similar and familiar to him, the other, he couldn't place his hand on, but it gave him the urge to duel with him, test his abilities, check if he was ready yet, but for what?

"Hold up, warrior," Levictus' firm hand came down onto Christopher's shoulder, a warm hand, large and slightly calloused to the touch, "You're a bit eager, aren't you? Don't you know the rules? Casual steps or they'll think you're up to something..." Levictus laughed brightly, squeezing his shoulder, patting it and letting go altogether. "If you don't want them thinking you'll start trouble...always request it like it's already yours, sort of, 'excuse me, can I have the whiskey", point to it and give a daring smile! Wins every time!"

The professor walked on ahead of the boy, a casual stride to his rather cocky gait. Once there he casually surveyed the options before glancing over his shoulder to the student who had become his new drinking companion.

"So, what's your poison? My treat," Levictus had been about to stop himself when he had winked. At a student. A very good-looking student, but still! A student, Levi!

Up to something? It wasn't like Chris even really drank but he didn't think he was being to rash with his actions. "Sorry sir." The words slipped out as Chris' steps slowed down to a much more casual pace. Did he actually just say sorry? A confused look played around his face as he even looked down to see his slowed steps. Ok he knew he was a sap for a pretty face but really this was just getting ridiculous. You'd think he actually tried to keep himself inline around professors or something.

Feeling the hand on his shoulder squeeze lightly, Christophers face let off a faint blush. This really needed to stop. He was making a complete fool of himself and in public too. But as the thoughts flowed through his mind they did nothing to stop him from walking side by side with Professor Lawrence. Hearing the explanation of how to properly order some liquor had Chris hearing the small voice in the back of his mind yell in annoyance at such a teaching. As if he was incapable of such a thing without having his hand held. The voice was drowned out and barely heard though and in just a few seconds Chris was grinning like a complete idiot to show off his best side and that he understood. If Achilles wanted him to smile then dammit he was going to do anything to achieve full success in the task.

Once caught up and at the booth, Chris raised an eyebrow at the inquiry of his choice of poison. At his age it wasn't like he drink all that much and it had never even been something he'd fancied the times he did. There had only ever been one reason he drank. His birthday, or as he better knew it as; the day his mother died. In that moment though the normal feelings of grief over the subject even crossing his mind didn't come for some reason. It was odd. Maybe being a sucker for a stunning man wasn't such a bad thing after all if it was going to help him avoid that corrupted trail of depressing thoughts.

"I'll have a bourbon please." Chris smiled his most charming smile to date at the worker behind the booth and turned back to his professor. "Now tell me Achilles, after we have gained refreshments where would you advise we venture first?" With eyes searching through the crowds and events, Chris wondered where his leader was going to suggest they endeavor first. Returning his eyes back, Chris leaned against the booth and softly gazed up at his hero. His commander. His Achilles.

"Make that two bourbons," Levictus leant his elbow against the makeshift bar as he gazed upon his student. "You're taking the costume a little seriously, aren't you, kid?"

However, Levictus could not deny that the way the student had said that had sent chills down his spine that only settled to bubble in his stomach. Achilles. If only he was! That would make life a hell of a lot easier. He was changing though. Levictus was usually to stern and uptight with his students, and here he was, relaxed and at ease with his little soldier. Levictus' thoughts paused, did he really just think that?

Levictus took the drinks as they were handed to them, downing it in two gulps, suddenly thirsty. His eyes ran over Chris, still unable to get over his bare legs. There was something about those legs...Levictus wondered briefly if he should be letting the student drink. But what was a little alcohol here and there gonna do, eh?

"What's your name then, soldier?" Levictus asked, handing the glass back to the barman, passing over a few coins as well. Something told him they should be on the move, training, Anything but what they were currently doing.

Was he taking the costume to seriously? Chris couldn't help but feel like his mind was floating a bit in the air and he hadn't even taken a drink yet. Perhaps he was falling ill and these were just the first signs. "Sorry I'm feeling a bit off for some reason." Chris gazed confusedly down at the bar as their drinks were served out to them. His ridiculous actions had him avoiding eye contact for the moment as he puzzled over the fact that he was feeling down right smitten.

Grabbing the drink that was laid out before him, Chris downed it just as fast as his professor had. It seemed like a horrible idea considering how he was already acting but at this point he was starting to sway more and more into not caring. He felt the need to follow in the steps of his professor as if he were some sort of minion to his commands. As the lines of reality started to blur around him, Chris blinked a few times in an attempt to refocus himself. Had bourbon always left him with this feeling?

As the word 'soldier' hit the air everything seemed to crash down for Christopher in one sharp swoop. "You must be kidding Achilles!" He laughed as he handed his glass back to the barman and placed his hand on Professor Lawrences shoulder. "You cant have forgotten me," His face contorted into a look of humored disbelief. "Patroclus." Chris lifted his hand off the mans shoulder to form a pointed finger and gesture at himself. Apparently it needed to be made quite clear who he was to his dear friend. "Were you drinking before the festivities started? Seems quite unlike you to even joke about forgetting me." A small pout formed on Chris' lips before he turned to look at the other events that surrounded them.

"It would appear the water vats filled with apples are quite a favorite." Chris did a quick tilt of his head in the direction of the apple bobbers. "Also seems many are taking in the joys of blind man's bluff." Now feeling a bit confused at the surrounding, Chris turned his eyes back to his commanding officer. "Have we recently had victory? For some reason I can not recall a battle but the festivities suggest something grand has taken place." How could he have forgotten a battle? It wasn't possible he'd been held back from the front lines was it? Looking down, Chris inspected his arms and legs for signs of some kind of physical altercations. Surely there had to be proof somewhere of his participation in their latest battle of victory.

A warm feeling filled his stomach as the name of Achilles' lover was revealed. Levictus' eyes seemed open newly, freshly awakened to the intense feelings of attachment to the young male stood so close to him. A quick look over his stature showed the Patroclus was fighting fit, the perfect stature for his age. 'Achilles'' body twitched in an urge to pin itself against the younger male's, wrestle with him until both their armour fell off.

Levictus led them with the gestured nod of his head away from the drink stand, feeling no need to warm up more more, already feeling quite hot under the collar, or rather, helmet. He had not even realised how close they were walking to one another until their bare hands brushed together in the lightest of touches. However, it was enough to ignite Levictus right to the pit of his stomach, almost animalistic. Levictus had felt an incredible shock of warmth shoot through his entire body at the touch, something that, in all honesty, had nothing to do with their charmed nature. Levictus let their hands brush each other once more as they walked, his eyes off and observing the festivities surrounding them. His face was slightly screwed up, lower lip pouting out, a sign in Achilles' case, according to the mind of Horace Levictus Ewart Lawrence, meant he was bored and unimpressed.

"I cannot say I am altogether bothered with these festivities, Patroclus, when I could be enjoying you..." Levictus lowered his voice, having leant down to tease the words close to his companion's ear, a smirk playing at his full lips. His tongue played teasingly with his teeth, before he turned from his companion and began walking off towards a darkened corner of the festival, a spot between shadows and the backs of tents and stalls. Somewhere nobody would find them unless they knew where to look.

Still confused by the surroundings, Chris continued to uncertainly gaze around at the many events and different characters walking about. What had first appeared as some kind of victory celebration was now turning into a freak show. People dressed in all different kinds of outfits surrounded them, many of which Christopher could not recall as people that belonged to his realm of being. Perhaps the drink earlier had been spiked with something. It would appear to be the only possible answer unless he was suddenly starting to lose his mind.

Seeing his commander nod towards a direction to head off in, Chris quickly followed suit as if he were some kind of lost puppy needing guidance. They seemed to be walking towards nothing in particular as they made their rounds and Chris continued to let his eyes wander as Achilles seemed to be doing the same. As they walked the sudden feel of hands brushing made Chris' heart leap slightly. At his height it was definitely a new feeling and considering who it was it caused a light heat to settle up on his cheeks as they continued strolling on. When their hands brushed a second time it was hard to deny the solid flush that was most certainly on his cheeks now. How was it possible to feel so warm given such unmodest apparel?

If Achilles' sudden whisper hadn't gotten Chris' attention his actions afterwards most certainly had. The teasing of having his ear played with had his whole body tense up instantly but it didn't last for long and suddenly Chris was searching for where it had gone. "Achilles! What are you suggesting?" The words were hushed as Chris quickly made his way to catch up with his commander. "There are so many people afoot right now!" Chris hissed in concern as he worriedly glanced around at who was close to them as they came to the edge of a tent backing. Achilles couldn't be serious could he?

"It has been far too long, Patroclus..." Levictus' hand rested on the base of Chris' back, pushing him forwards deeper into the labyrinth of the alleyways behind the fabric draped tents. "I've been dying to do this to you since forever..." Levictus turned in front of him and pulled Chris' body flush against his. A grin plastered over his features as the shadowed stall-owners were seen on the canvas tents around them. But nestled in the darkness they were safe, safe for moments like this.

A love-stricken Achilles stroked his hand up his lover's back as his lips came down firmly onto the lips of Patroclus, kissing him eagerly, a slight hunger to the movement of lips together. With a purr to his throat Levictus' lips trailed down and over the beautiful neck of his victim, sucking and trailing his tongue over the skin. A pleasant grown escaped his lips, and Levictus felt, although unconscious to these feelings, a stir within him at how exhilarating and exciting this was. Levictus' body acted as though he were used to these feelings, these intense motions of even more intense actions. Pulling the younger male's body closer, Levictus let out another groan, lips coming back up to tease at the full lips of his lover.

Achilles took a step back after a long moment, a smirk plastered over his face. He licked his own lips as he stepped back slowly. He was slightly breathless, mostly from all the intense face-sucking he had just down, almost as though he were a dementor, trying to kiss out the very life force of his incredible lover.

"Here is not the place, Patroclus..." Achilles nodded to him, eagerly looking him up and down. "I saw a forest not far from here. I feel it would be sufficient enough for our needs."

It was hard not to suddenly feel almost a rush of anxiety at Achilles words and as his hand pushed him further into the darkness they stood next to. "Y-you should have said something earlier." Chris was surprised he managed to speak out at all now that his heart was in his throat and Achilles body was pressed against his body. The grin that adorned Achilles face added to the already crushing rush in his chest and Chris found his eyes glancing to the sides at the shadows of those in the tents, if only to gain a moment of break from his whole chest feeling like it was going to explode at any second.

Every fiber of him could feel Achilles fingers trailing up his back and when the passionate kisses started Chris just as eagerly returned the gesture. His own hand now found the small of Achilles back and tried to push his body closer into his own. A silly move considering there was already no room left to spare between the two. The unexpected freedom of his mouth was followed by a soft moan as Achilles began to work on his neck. All of it felt natural for Chris because for the longest time the core of his being had known what interested him and what did not. The satisfaction of his real self and cursed self colliding together in that moment was indescribable for Chris. His brain was quickly whisked away though when Achilles lips came back up to his and teased him with a few kisses.

Concerned for a second when Achilles took a step back, Chris quickly changed his expression to a coy smirk when he caught sight of the look his loving commander was wearing. Apparently the separation was because Achilles needed a quick break and not because he himself had done something wrong. It seemed they both stood there breathless for a long moment before Achilles finally broke the silence again. "Forest?" Chris questioned with wide eyes. They already seemed in a well enough spot but if this is what Achilles truly wished he knew he couldn't say no. "You'll have to lead the way. I'm afraid I must have been lost in thought upon my arrival because I cannot recall the direction of such a forest." His eyes fell from Achilles in slight embarrassment over his failure. How could he have missed something so trivial?

"What would I have said when we were surrounded by people, Patroclus?" The corner of Levictus' lip curled up, his body language was arrogant, like he knew he had complete control over the young male accompanying him further towards the trees.

Levictus reached out and took one of Chris's hands in his own, fingers lacing together, stroking over the back of his hand with the pad of his thumb. The smirk had not left Levictus' face, but only grew more intense, far more hungry. His eyes ran over Chris's features and he felt a warm feeling fill his stomach, and in the back of his mind he knew that feeling had nothing to do with the curse.

Levictus nodded his head to the side, hand tugging at Chris's as he led him slowly off towards the forest he had spotted earlier. He walked slightly ahed of Chris, leading the way, showing him that he had everything under control, well, he was Achilles the great Warrior, was he not? Levictus whole body stung with excitement, knowing that once their lips melted together once more and their bodies brushed together that darkness would fill his vision and an animal nature would take over. He wanted to see Patroclus writhe under him, wanted to see the boy gasp for air as beads of sweat trickled down over his abdomen. A shiver travelled the length of Levictus' spine as the sensation made him bite down on his lower lip, wanting to growl with need.

"We will be there soon..." Levictus shot a desperate smirk at the young man, pulling him through the shadows to their destination. Oh what his body would do to the young man, Achilles and Levictus both started to grow more impatient.
