Make sure no one ingests this potion, it is only meant for plants! Herbicide Potion Recipe - Tend To The Garden
You will need the following ingredients:

    4 Lionfish Spines
    2 Measurements of Standard Ingredient
    2 Measures of Horklump Juice
    2 Blobs of Flobberworm Mucus

    Part 1:
Add 4 lionfish spines to the mortar
Crush into a rough powder using the pestle
Add 2 measurements of standard ingredient to the mortar
    Crush into a rough powder
Add 3 measures of the crushed mixture to your cauldron
    Wave your wand
Leave to brew and return in 45, 51, or 60 minutes depending on your cauldron

    Part 2:
Add 2 measures of horklump juice to your cauldron
Heat to a medium temperature for 10 seconds
Add 2 blobs of flobberworm mucus to your cauldron while it’s still on the heat
    Stir 4 times, clockwise
Wave your wand to complete the potion

It is recommended to use such a potion when tending to the garden to get rid of those pesky weeds. We also suggest to keep the potion out of reach of any children for safety measures!

Do you have an opinion on this subject of women dueling? Write to Witch Weekly and let us know! Women Dueling: What Do You Think?
Mr. Barnabas Skeeter, the very same hero who saved two young women from certain doom in Padmore Park, has caused considerable controversy in the last week with the publication of an article in the Daily Prophet, where Mr. Skeeter shared his thoughts on women’s participation in dueling tournaments and his intention, as Head of the Duelling Commission, to put a stop to it.

Witch Weekly has since received a flood of correspondence from its dear readers on the subject and opinion seems to be firmly divided between those who agree with Mr. Skeeter and those who are firmly opposed.

While Witch Weekly has expressed it's support for women dueler's in it's previous issue, we believe we have a duty to share opinions on both sides of the argument with our readers. And how better, than to share an anonymous selection of your thoughts with your peers?

"Barring women from duelling would, in my opinion, be a step backwards in society. The Founders envisioned an education system, and presumably an ideal of life afterwards, that made everybody equal, so what is to be gained, nine-hundred years later, from creating a divide in who is permitted to duel?"
"There is nothing attractive about competitiveness in women. It is not at all feminine, and Mr. Skeeter ought to be congratulated for having the courage to say what ought to have been said a long time ago! Women should concentrate on keeping an orderly household rather than beating other womenand indeed, menin dueling competitions!"
“It’s all very silly. If we allow the actions of a couple of people ruin something, then nothing would ever happen.”
“If the actions of ridiculous girls like those featured in the Prophet are any indication then women clearly cannot handle the pressures of dueling and should indeed be prevented from participating!”
"Perhaps Mr Skeeter has been beaten once too often by young ladies?"
